Had a great dinner last night at the Farmer's Daughter restaurant at the Normandy Farm resort and conference center in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Had the barley beef soup to start, hardy, filling, chock full of flavor. Excellent waitress Megan brought an extra spoon but when my table mate saw a kernel of corn in amongst the rest of the good... My husband and I attended a matinee in Philadelphia and decided we wanted to try an early dinner @ The Farmers Daughter. There were a fair number of families in attendance and the kids were well behaved. Wait staff was pleasant and professional and also apologetic about the fact the gas fireplace was not in service, despite the evening chill.... More

Noise level was deafening, service was extremely slow and staff seemed to be poorly trained. Food was good, unfortunately spoiled by sports bar atmosphere(without the TV ). Embarrassed to have invited a recently widowed friend. Would not recommend, which is unfortunate due to quality of meal!

I arrived at 6pm after traveling from the West Coast with just a small breakfast all day and could not wait for my dinner. I ate at the bar area since I was alone and Kristi immediately served me a Club Soda with lime and freshly made sourdough bread with oil, spices and garlic in a small bowl to dip... More

Great omelete stations and seafood. Good selections and decent service. Can get full at peak times, particularly after church on Sundays.

When we arrived and found this restaurant literally inside an average looking hotel we were concerned...as it's not what we imagined but the food, especially all of the vegetables, were excellent and the Filet wa very good. Service was also very good. We will be back! Kudos to the chef!! It's wonderful To have unique restaurants like this in this... More

The buffet breakfast was good. Good choices to choose from. Ate at the bar countertops where the TVs were. Wait staff was pleasant.

Had a few meals at this restaurant. All very tasty. It was a little noisy because of the crowds but the food was excellent. Tried the following: shredded short ribs flat bread (no cheese) with sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onion and roasted peppers, duck eggrolls, and the iceberg wedge salad (without the bacon). The best by far was the fish tacos... More

I have dined here several times and always amazing regardless of what I ordered. In the summer, the terrace is fantastic. Great drinks as well!

Went here as a birthday gift with my wife, my sister and her husband. Every piece of food was wonderfully cared for and perfectly cooked. We ordered the Charcuterie Plate and Duck Spring Rolls to start. They were really well proportioned for apps. My wife ordered the duck, served with a squash medley and broccoli. My sister had the Crab... More
