Picked this spot based on Trip Advisor commentary, website and one personal recommendation. Valentine's Day menu included four outstanding flights with only the main course to decide upon. Everything was fabulous. My wife couldn't take the pepper flakes in the salad dressing, but she still loved dinner overall. I requested a non-Pork second course (off menu) and got an amazing... I can't say enough good things about Biba. My husband and I have been going here since they opened years ago, and the food/service/atmosphere continues to impress. The menu changes every 1-2 months so that you're never bored with the options, and quite a bit of the ingredients are sourced locally. The town of Beaver is dry, but Biba is... More

Biba is one of our favorites in the area. Chef/owner Jason Benegasi has a limited menu of ever changing items always cooked to perfection. Very good, friendly service with smiling faces who do their very best to make dinner at Biba a pleasant experience. The noise level can get high if Biba is full of happy diners!

There is no doubt that the food is great, however the acoustics in the restaurant make it difficult to hear a conversation.

We've eaten here several times with family and friends and have always found the selections to be interesting and delicious. A unique soup called mulligatawny was one of the most delicious soups I've ever had! A perfect combination of spices! There is no doubt the owner/chef is a talented young man. As with many restaurants in Beaver, the al Fresca... More
