This really is a hole in the wall. We were disappointed after reading all the reviews. We ordered the fish and chips, which were good, but not outstanding.

I've been staying in a motel while waiting to move into my house and have been eating all my meals out. Luna Sea is the best! Fresh, fast, super clean and tasty. All this and service with a smile, wish I could give them 10 stars!

Had dined here on previous trips to Yachats and enjoyed the New England clam chowder and steamed clams. This time, we were disappointed to find both the chowder and steamed clams both to be rather bland and tasteless.

I've been to Luna Sea several times, it's my go-to restaurant when in Yachats. Yes, the price is higher than you might see in a large city, but this is a small town with only seasonal tourism. The fish are caught by boats associated (possibly owned) by the owner (who is also a fisherman). The board inside will say which... More

Not worth the price. Too small of a place to be #1. We shard a fish and chips basket and a cup of soup and a beer and it came to 30 dollars!

Good honest food, nice people running this place. They have a beer-list offering local craft beers, can't go wrong.

Luna Sea Fish House was eagerly anticipated on this visit to Yachats and we weren't disappointed. Great clam chowder...fish & chips (half portions available)...fish tacos. We ate there twice while in town and left happy both times. Very limited seating and friendly staff. Limited parking.

Luna Sea in Yachats, Or. is the best fish place on the entire Western shore of the continent. I have made it a point of visiting every fish & chips purveyor on hwy 1 and 101 from Monterrey to Canada. With the focused menu, the incredibly fresh fish, and the well prepared offerings, Luna Sea has my vote for being... More

Super friendly staff, quick easy turnaround for dinner. We had the Fish Tacos and the Cod y Chips, both were tasty and fresh and we couldn't have been happier with our choice.

After reading all the reviews we were excited to find this hole in the wall gem, so we thought....... Staff and owner are friendly and attentive, which gives it two stars. However, the food was a disappointment. We ordered cod, prawns and scallops with chips and a bowl of clam chowder. The chowder had clumps of flour in it and... More
