Great lunch spot! We shared a bowl of chowder, then had the fish & chips and clam strips with coleslaw. The batter on the fish was light and delicious, the coleslaw was tasty and a big serving, the clam strips were huge and cooked to crispy perfection, and the chowder was very good. We sat outside at a picnic table... More

We gathered to eat before leaving to go home. The place was fun. You set out on the bay, floating on the water. There are three buildings connected to the dock. The waitress has a work out going to each room. The food was not my favorite. We ordered their combo seafood plate. Deep fried is not my favorite, but... More

On a recommendation we tried Unger's Fish n Chips. Very very good. We did the take out order because the inside seating was pretty full. Very delicate cod fish used for this dish with a mild thin batter. Very tasty and flaky. We would go back

Expected a lot of local seafood and was disappointed. French fries weren't crisp. Rice was old and lumpy. Fish was okay. Chowder tasted funny.

We had chowder, with fish and chips. It all was very well made and the fries were crispy and fresh. Nearly missed the shop because the tide was out. So do go and have fun on the floating restaurant. Cheers

My husband and I had never been to the area before but rolled in and saw a small boat in Winchester Bay that had been converted into a restaurant. We had great seafood, fries, slaw, and of course fantastic brews and beverages to wash it all down! The food was well prepared, delicious, with large portions and service was great.

This place came recommended from a volunteer at the lighthouse. It is so neat to be eating seafood right off of a boat! The atmosphere is great and our server Dar was so friendly and bubbly! The fish n chips was kind of pricey ($20) but we were on vacation and have also found the prices out West for eating... More

This place is right down on the water and floating the fish and shrimp were pretty good and beer selection limited. It was basically cash only unless you wanted to leave you credit card info and let them run it when their system was functional.

I opted to get the halibut fish and chips (almost twice as much $$), and was disappointed. For almost $20, I got a container of undercooked, greasy fries and a few little thin pieces of fish. The service was slow and the card machine was out of order, so I was scrounging for cash. There are many other places around... More
