I have been coming to Camp 18 for as long as I can remember. I love the atmosphere, the home cooking, and of course their giant cinnamon roll! However, I wished they offered more gluten free options, especially their clam chowder. More people need to learn that one can thicken soup using corn starch...don't need to use flour. ;) They... We stopped on our way to the beach. Mother's Day had restaurant buzzing, but we didn't eat there just visited the gift shop awesome little items there. The logging Memorial building is sad but we learned alot. The outside buildings are of a logging camp years from years ago.

We've always wanted to try this place so today was the day. Can't complain about the service, it was great. The rolls with the dinner were fantastic. We each had salads which were nothing special. Wife had a burger and I had razor clams. I enjoyed the clams but the red potatoes were a little over cooked. Biggest disappointment was... More

I have been going to Camp 18 since I was a kid. The structure itself is amazing. There is a lot of character, history. The wait isn't bad if you get there early (9am ish) but be prepared for a wait if you're a later breakfast goer. There is plenty of seating inside and outside for the wait, and seats... More

Awesome historic building. Food is pretty decent. Came in with a group of 18 and assigned to a waitress who put forth zero effort to be friendly, we are guessing because she was already going to get her 15% gratuity. Concerns to management were just blown off. Not going to let that taint our love of Camp 18.

We pulled into Camp 18 because the outside antique logging equipment peaked our interest We decided to have brunch. The restaurant was a large log building featuring hand hewn beams, wood carved benches and animals. Only a couple feet from our table, we could view birds eating from the feeders. The interior was loaded with old logging equipment and posters... More

We took our grandchildren (twins 4 1/2) for breakfast after an overnight at Fort Stevens State Park. We arrived before the noon crowd and had a wonderful table overlooking the creek and bird feeders. The food was good-not great-but the atmosphere was very family friendly and the twins were captivated. Will definitely return on a dryer (aka non-rainy) day.

Food was good, maybe slightly above average. Portion size was certainly adequate for me and I'm a big eater. Price was average. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was very nice. I'd eat there again if the place wasn't so out of the way.

Good solid family comfort food with a fun environment. Overall the food is good - not great and the service is super friendly but slow - although the food does come quickly once ordered and is very satisfying. Portions are huge - my girls both got chicken fingers which came with ton of fries -- both were really good. Grounds... More

We stopped on our way from Portland to Cannon Beach because I read about it on Trip Advisory. Food was average or a bit below. My husband's vegetable were really salty. My burger tasted like it had been in a steam tray for a few hours. Clam chowder was far from the best I've had. Service was slow and inattentive,... More
