Take this flight and arrive at a great Wine Store & Bistro offering wonderful Friday evening flights of six outstanding selections of wine piceked personally by Proprietor Debbie Rios. Enjoy sampling and picking your own personal choices of what was the best. Last night mine was #1, #5 & #2 Understand from our server that #1 was also the house... More

I have purchased bottles of wine from this store on many occasions, and have eaten meals there several times (sometimes associated with one of their wine tasting events). The atmosphere is charming, and it is part-store and part-restaurant. It started out as a store. The menu is small and limited; however, the food is always very good (although sometimes the... More

This shop has it all. A good selection of wine from the region and around the world. Wednesday is white, rose or bubbly tasting. Friday night is red tasting. The flight of 5 or 6 is a little spendy, but you can ask for a half pour (1 ounce tastes). You get to taste wines at price points you may... More

Have been visiting this shop for their wednesday and friday wine tastings. They feature a varietal with six selections, either a full or half taste, for $16 to $28 usually. Many food selections, from spaghetti, lasagna, flat breads, great salads and more.

Went there to buy wine; after awhile, we were tasting some wines and decided to stay for a glass. Very low key and comfortable; not the usual prentiousness in most wine arenas. Ended up staying for food; had a dungeness crab melt! Yum! If you are a seafood fan and love wine this is the place to go in Salem,... More

Well, we met 'the Dragon Lady' and had a lot of laughs - especially about a reviewer's comments on another site. We were there about an hour, she was getting ready for a tasting and, having put on many of these, her operation was first rate. We bought a wide variety of OR/WA wines and supper to go and it... I found this by chance when looking for a place to buy good wine (non commodity types). It's a great little shop and bistro. There was a live musician among acoustic guitar. Service was a bit slow but very friendly and chatty which is why they are Slow. They carry a great selection of wine from many regions including Oregon... More

Had my friends join me here for my birthday celebration on Thursday night. Perfect cozy location they had a great acoustic guitar player and of course the wine is divine. Owner and server were both very attentive and friendly. They let us bring in fresh crab from Fitts next door and we made crab cocktails and ordered crunchy warm bread.... More

Worth finding, perfect for lunch, supper, or an afternoon wine break in a cozy setting surrounded by wine displays. Try the delicious crab and corn chowder, the wild mushroom lasagna, or the BLT with asiago cheese. Ask the friendly, knowledgeable server for a wine recommend. Finish with a house-made dessert or a cappuccino. In the afternoon, the cheese and cracker... More

This is our second attempt to enjoy a glass of wine and dinner. With the first experience the service was lacking, but acceptable. The server definitely wasn't warm and friendly, though we had arrived 45min before closing. The food was good. We each enjoyed soup and salad with a taster tray of wine. We thought the service might be a... More
