This is the best food we have ever had. I assume it was the owner who pulled my chair out to sit down.A true gentleman. We had driven 8 hrs hauling an rv on bumpy roads with high winds. THIS restaurant made our day !

The Restaurant exhibit somewhat of "disjointed” décor and menu options. The food was average …. The décor of the restaurant didn’t match the food options. We won’t be back

Of all the times we have been to Central Oregon, and this gem has slipped by us! Aye Carumba! No longer mi amigos! We loved this place. And our server was patient and kind in teaching us about their authentic soup, pozole. So much so, we came home and made a pot of our own. Such a fun dining experience... More

Food excellent and so is the service. They don't take reservations which is a distinct negative but it's worth the hassle.

Great and great! Easygoing yet it felt a bit fancy. Sort of like upper scale atmosphere with down to earth staff.

Diego's has great options for Happy Hour. I love meeting up with friends for a quick beverage and tasty appetizer. More often than not, we stick around for dinner! There are so many options, and the food is delicious. The staff are so friendly and attentive, it's no wonder this is one of Redmond's top restaurants. Diego's is often busy,... More

Great atmosphere. Staff is wonderful especially for making a single diner feel welcome. Homemade chips and salsa are very good. Went for the apatizer fish tacos. Real good. Not fried.

Carne asade, Acapulco burrito and lobster ravioli were great. Service was excellent. Very attentive wait staff. Make sure you call for reservations. I highly recommend this place.

Was in town visiting from NorCal and stopped by for dinner. I had the Famous Mexican Pork Carnitas, my son the 16 oz Bone-In Rib Eye Steak, and my mother in law had the Seafood Penne Pasta. They brought out the salsa and chips and I must say the chips were warm, very fresh, not oily, and one of the... More

Went here for a quick drink and decided to try a couple appetizers. Opted for the guacamole and coconut shrimp with our margaritas. The guacamole was made fresh at our table wich was nice and super delicious! Could have used a bit more spice, but super fresh. The coconut shrimp had a nice sweet coconut flavor, the dipping sauce was... More
