We had to make a Lowes run. We were starving so hit this for a quick bite. Place has been here forever and we'd been here a long time ago. We both remembered it being decent Americanized Mexican food. OMG this place is so bad - the dirty grease smell hits you in face the moment you walk in the... More

I have never been so disappointed. The only good thing was tequila. This was the worst Mexican restaurant i have visited.

Fool me once, you know the rest. We took a chance having read no reviews because we were tired of eating sandwiches while working in the area. The building is just sad and ugly. The chips were stale. The salsa had no bite to eat. My hard taco had a shell so stale I only took one bite. Finished my... More

While visiting PDX and after a long day of shopping we walked to this little restaurant from our hotel. The service was good and the food was not bad but the place needs remodeling. or at the very least a good cleaning.

Wow... I honestly don't know where to start. I don't like writing horrible reviews but this was an absolutely horrible dining experience. Our experience was tainted the moment that we parked our car. Pulling into the parking lot, a car load of unsavory looking characters departed suddenly after they saw us. I'm not sure if our pulling in to the... More

We have been eating at the Burrito House for 25 years. It has undergone very few changes. You do now sit down to order, which seems less convenient. Food is priced on the high end for this type of ambiance, but we return each time we go to Portland. The little biscuits served with the chips are delicious. Their salad... More

Its a small restaurant, located just across the street. Very dark and gloomy. Maybe three cars in the parking lot. Wanted a burrito for the wife. Only one guy working. Complained he was working by himself. They have video poker on sight. Food was eatable per the wife. My tacos really were to dry to even finish one of them.... More

Nothing screams "I don't care" more than a filthy, run down restaurant. We stopped by for dinner this evening based upon my husband remembering it from years ago. The entry is uninviting; potholes in the sidewalk concrete and I was certain we were not at the main front doors. Wrong. Upon entering, the candy machines by the front door were... More
