Wow, saw this place on Bazaar Foods TV show last year. It was as good in person as it looked on TV. I love pate, they have a few different kinds to choose from. I ordered the "Charcuterie plate" which includes 2 types of pate, beef heart and a house special, 3 different sliced meats, pickled onions, sliced home made... More

The FOH staff was able to squeeze our party of four in on a busy Friday night. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful. Food was amazing. Highly recommend when visiting Portland.

We ate dinner here years ago when it first opened and was not impressed. However, we wanted to walk for a quick dinner and we were craving hamburgers so thought we would give it another try. So glad we did! IT IS THE BEST HAMBURGER IN PORTLAND! The bun, the burger, the fries....all perfection. We also ordered Brussel sprouts and... More

My wife and I visited on Valentine's Day. The food was amazing. The service was great. We had reservations at 7 and we were seated by 7:02. Drinks were fun too. We'll be back again!

We were disappointed. We've been working on the best sandwich list and after reading a December, 2016 review, we went here in search of the 'excellent grilled Reuben stacked wrist thick with house made corned beef and sauerkraut'. We couldn't wait. It must have been a special as it was no where on the menu. So we ordered the cold... More

This was our first stop while spending the holiday week with the in-laws. My wife and I always reserve dinners at various spots during the week to escape and laurelhurst did not disappoint. We started with the small charcuterie plate which featured two amazing pates. Then, we ordered the flatiron (wife) and the hangar steak. Both were sensational as the... More

As my friends in Portland live around the corner, I/we visit the Laurelhurst market each time I visit Portland. They have an excellent Deli/meat counter where we often find great sausages, meats, poultry, ribs, salamis etc. Have had great sandwiches both dining in and to go. Dined in for dinner recently and it was great. Food was well prepared, very... More

Great food with yummy different sauces. And the mac and cheese is a MUST - every table must have at least to share. Bar was small, but we had a delicious hand made, fresh lemon drop martini pre-dinner. Wine list was good. I enjoy an open kitchen concept. Laurelhurst Market had a neighborhood feel - felt like we had stumbled... More

Stopped in to use the WC and my son got hungry, ordered random bacon sandwich with carrots is what he wanted, they catered to him without thinking twice. This is a great place for a meal and some good music. Is kid and family friendly before 5pm.

Description
At the gates of the historic Laurelhurst neighborhood and just 3 minutes from downtown, Laurelhurst Market offers a uniquely Portland steakhouse experience. Drawing off our own in-house butcher shop, our seasonal menu focuses on sustainably raised meats highlighted by several cuts not common to the traditional steakhouse.
Awarded one of Bon Appetit Best New Restaurants in America in 2010, we have been at the forfront of Portland's growing dining scene. We feature a full service bar with an extensive craft cocktail menu.
Our convivial atmosphere is appropriate for both special occasions and families. Outdoor seating is available when Mother Nature cooperates.
