I stopped here looking for a chocolate fix. There are lots of interesting local bars to choose from as well as some imported ones. They are known for their drinking chocolate which I didn't try but it sounds wonderful.

Had an intense craving for chocolate so naturally came here. Expected a candy shop, but found a mix between a "cafe" and a candy shop. Tried the hot chocolate sampler and could not have been more satisfied.

This is a small coffee shop with an excellent selection of ultra high grade chocolate for sale and - my favorite - delicious hot chocolate and cocoa. Typical hot cocoa is cocoa powder, sugar and milk. Real hot chocolate is warm liquid dark chocolate like you can find in Spain, Paris and NYC's City Bakery. Just a few ounces will... More

Wandered over from Powells Books to find a vegan treat ...and this place is perfect for a Sunday vegan almond milk hot chocolate and a new book reading spot. The ambiance is calm, great music in background, not too loud...the person working the counter and making the drinks was very helpful in finding me a perfect vegan option... (he gave... More

great chocolate in downtown Portland in shop located by the Heathman Hotel. Most of what is here is not local however... There is a small shelving area for Oregon however and I chose from there. It was hard to find but I bumped into a kiosk at Pioneer Place that was dedicated to Moonlight Chocolates and they have a huge... More

If you eat at any downtown restaurant near Powell's, skip their dessert and come here for chocolates. You can get drinks (including their sampler of 3 warm chocolates) and buy chocolate stash that is out of this world. Few chocolatiers with this array of chocolates from everywhere.

I loved the drinkable chocolate flight....but ask for recommendation on the sequence, since the Spicy has a lingering taste profile. I loved it so much I came back two days later (just before heading to the airport) for another medium size of the Rivoli drinkable chocolate.

This place was so fun. There were the most beautiful chocolates of all different kinds and varieties. Good place for gifts. They had gold leaf chocolates that looked like milagros. The drinking chocolate is to die for. Never had anything like it. Felt like I was in the movie "Chocolat"

We stopped for dessert, they offer 3 kinds of drinking chocolate in 3 sizes. we went for medium size which was perfect as it's very rich. We had one dark and one milk, both were excellent!
