We came in for a Birthday dinner celebration and were irritated rite off the bat. We were a party of 12 adults and they charged us a 10% hike on top of the 16.99 per person buffet cost because of our group size (they said)!!! Ridiculous, and I don't tip unless the service is fantastic or food great. This was... More

What's happened to this place? First the restaurant prices their dinner menu too high for other than a special visit, and now the buffet has deteriorated. For $16.99 you get the standard Golden Corral fare (except here you get your own beverage), with clam chowder that looked and tasted like wallpaper paste, dried out meats, and skimpy desserts. Saturday night... More

The food offered in the buffet was really good. The front entrance staff was not very out-going which made them seem unfriendly. One of the gals seemed to be more interested in texting or whatever she was doing on her phone, than acknowledging us as customers. The food helped us forget about the service at the front. Stay away from... More

This is just a review of their dinner buffet. One of the worst, if not worst, buffet I have ever had. I travel 70-100 nights per year. Not worth $16.99. Every meat dish was overcooked, i.e., dry. Especially the carving station, which you expect to be the best. They had turkey, and even the dark meat was dry and tough.... More

Well, to start with, we had misgivings about trying this buffet again after having a bad experience over a year ago, but decided to give them another shot at making us change our opinions. What followed DID NOT help to change our opinion. First off, we noticed it was very sparse as far as customers go. We dined on the... More

We were headed to the Plankhouse for dinner and my husband stopped to check out the menu at the Saw Blade. He spotted Salmon Bisque on the menu as well as baked oysters. Talked me into eating at the buffet against my better judgement. We immediately noticed the sparse attendance at a peak dining time and became a little concerned.... More

Dear Judy B, Thank you for letting us know. I’ve looked into this and you are correct, we had the wrong menu posted. My sincere apologies. I hope you give us another chance in the future; perhaps our new menu at the Plank House will entice you. Sincerely, Gregory Duerfeldt More

We went to the Grand Buffet, as we were staying at the RV Park... The cost was $45 for 2 seniors. The prime rib was acceptable. The "Catch of the Day" was cold, processed triangular shaped fish sticks made from ground Pollock. This mind you, in Coos Bay, OR, where from your table in the restaurant, you can literally SEE... Dear Mtnfan11: Thank you for the feedback. The cost is not as it should have been. If you are still in the RV park please let us reconcile that. The Friday buffet is $19.80 after the senior discount. I feel bad you were over charged. If you’ve left the area already please contact me and I will find another way... More

Disappointed in their seafood buffet. Fewer choices than Three Rivers and charge more. Plus, Three Rivers puts out half off coupons. Worth the drive to Florence.

You will have to queue to wait to get into the buffet as its very popular. The staff are good and will serve you drinks at the table (don't forget to tip, as you have already paid for the buffet at this point), food was good and a reasonable choice. If you are staying at the casino its the best... More
