The inside is very basic but that just means they put more into the food. Which is amazing. I've never ordered anything that I didn't love. The staff is great. And yes you have to wait some time for your meal but I promise it is worth the wait. My husband and I love this place. You will not regret... More

Now that Flavor of India has a new owner and deteriorated so badly, at least the buffet, I was enticed by good reviews to try this. The food does have a similarity to Indian food but is something quite different. It has a strong vegan bent but also serves chicken and, I think, sometimes pork. It is a smallish place... More

The owners are from Nepal and bring their basic food to their customers. There is also a coffee bar in the restaurant.

Many people of conscience are opting for a whole foods, plant- based diet (no meat, no dairy) for several reasons: 1) their personal health 2) for the environmental health of the planet and 3) out of concern for the abuse and mistreatment of farm animals. Sadly, however, very few restaurants in Lincoln City offer any vegan selections whatsoever. Thankfully, Nepali... More

The place looked very small and cozy. We stood at the door, completely ignored. So we figured, "self-seat" so we found a small table by the window. And waited. And waited and waited. There was one other table, with people, all looking like they were enjoying their food. So continued to wait. And were ignored. I went up to the... More

They serve American style omelets and pancakes. Nothing special, but not bad and a good price. The curry relish was a Middle Eastern addition to the eggs and was very good.

We too were seated in the lovely garden eating area. We were served by a lovely woman who told us all her recipes were her mother's. She was very proud of this as she should be-the food is great. She was looking forward to a trip home to Napal in the near future. I ordered a "light" lunch of pakoras... More

I loved this cafe in Lincoln City. When I first entered, I was greeted with a big smile, and was greeted into a beautiful patio area with a stunning fountain, I decided to order a chi tea late, which was very good. It was creamy, but had some delicious spices, which made it spicy, but sweet. I definitely enjoyed the... More

Nepali Kitchen is both a restaurant and a coffee shop. The big problem is that the chef is also the waiter so things move very slowly. Although the food is freshly prepared, it is nothing special. Probably OK for a coffee if you have time to spare.
