Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent dinner! We had the taco salad with chicken and it was great. It was too much to eat. Had to leave about 1/2 of it, just too much for my tummy. We also had the chicken salad and asked if they could put a...few beans in it and it was perfect. The young man that waited on us was quick and accommodating. We told him the lady at Best Western recommended them. He said we would get a 10% discount if we showed the cashier our key card but we forgot. Oh well. Rather than redo the whole transaction we just told her to forget it and to give it to the waiter and add it to his tip if she wants. He was worth it. Thankfully we were leaving as the crowds started pouring in. Go early if you go. Beat the crowd.More

Went there for a family dinner, service was prompt and friendly. Typical, yet completed menu for this type of restaurant. Seems kinda pricey, but since COVID all eateries have up their prices. Would go back.

Could not have been more impressed. Carne asada dinner was outstanding. Huge portion. Cooked to perfection. Seasoned perfectly. Rice and beans were also very tasty. Service was fast and friendly, and the price was right. My only constructive remark, make the salsa a little bit...hardier. The chips and salsa tasted outstanding but the salsa was a bit liquidy. Restaurant was quite crowded on a Saturday night.More

We had several meals at this restaurant and they were delicious. My husband's Chicken Mole was the real deal...not chocolate sauce dumped out of a can. I had Camerones del Mojo de Ajo and the shrimp were plentiful and lots of garlic. Go!!! You'll be...happy you did.More

Great choice for those who do not like typical Mexican food. Salsa with generic chips OK. Then downhill. Positive was Pacifico beer at happy hour for only $3.50 per pint.

Average Mexican-American food. Portion size ok. Chile Verde very tender, but light on flavor. Salsa served with chips was yummy, but on the mild side of the heat scale. Well drink margarita a bottled mix, on the pricey side and light on the tequila. Nothing...to write home about. Hoping there's better / more authentic flavors in town.More

We ate dinner while we were passing thru Klamath falls. They have a nice and cozy outdoor patio which had a lot of flowers to make it feel cozy. The weather was a little chilly so I had a Spanish coffee and that warmed me...up quickly. We ate a fajita which was delicious. The service was fast and good. We loved the place.More

Tried this reastuarant for dinner. Good welcome and really nice waiting staff. Quesadillias and Chimichangas good. Mains disappointing - the Burritos were huge (the size of a brick - not bad if you are hungry) but very bland - no seasoning used at all. Disappointing...and I wouldn't recommend this place.More

Hit this place at 8:30pm (1/2 hour before closing) after 13 hours on the road as it was highly rated but more importantly OPEN (Klamath Falls rolls up the sidewalks on weeknights at 8:00pm). Must state that IMHO location is not sketchy as other reviewers...contend; just needs better lighting. Menu is gigantic (which is a caution signal as few kitchens can master so many dishes). So given the late hour and menu size we decided to stick to the usual suspects. Wifey chose her fave cheese enchilada/chili relleno combo. I took a walk of faith by trying the deluxe crispy tacosp after the server said it was deluxe because the tortillas are deep fried with the meat already inside (a la Jack in the Box). We also ordered 20oz house margaritas to wash away the road. Drinks arrived in about 60 seconds, followed by food a couple of minutes later sizzling right out of the salamander. My tacos were ok. The pork juices infused the shells with flavor, and the lettuce, tomatoes and salsa offered nice heat and texture contrasts. My wifey's entree was pretty bad. Relleno was actually open face (it was only half a chili rather than a whole stuffed one, and strangely wrapped in a corn tortilla rather than battered). Cheese in both relleno and enchiladas was cold, probably due to rushing the cooking with closing time approaching. In fairness she said the flavors were excellent and finished her dinner like a trooper. Must add that beans and rice were well above average (which is to say they weren't merely afterthought space holders on the plate). House margaritas were just that; we were drinking them for effect anyway so no great loss. Overall the service was outstanding. The prices were a bit steep but not insultingly so. The food could have been very good earlier during dinner service so they deserve a second chance.More

What a find! After reading several reviews my husband and I decided to try this Mexican restaurant. From the outside it did not look very inviting, but so glad we went in. It is a very laid back restaurant. The menu was quite extensive and...the wait staff personable and accomodating. When we received our meals we were very surprised at the large portions and the food was good. You definitely get more than you pay for at this restaurant.More

Wanted something light after a long day on the road in the middle of the holiday weekend. We had the fajita’ quesadilla’s and they were perfect. ‘Nuff said... the service was attentive without being obtrusive, we only drank water, but the glass was always full....We will definitely go back.More

We had a great lunch here this week. Our food was exceptional. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the varieties of Mexican cuisine. The place is cheerfully decorated with super clean bathrooms. If you are in Klamath Falls, check out this place.
