This is one of those very small restaurants that take pride in their food and service. I would recommend anything on the menu ( closes at 2:30) as it is all very good. The tomato soup is excellent.

Charming little bistro off the main street in Jacksonville that has the owners and chef actually working the restaurant which accounts for the good service and food. Menu is eclectic with a wide variety of appetizers, salads and entree's. Wine/beer menu is good but fairly limited by the glass. We enjoyed the brussell sprouts as an appetizer, cod as an... More

Stopped in for a to go sandwich...and got quite a surprise! There is a real chef in the kitchen! There are some articles around about the chef/owner that were interesting to read. My sandwich was definitely beyond what I would have expected, it was Delicious!!!!

Located a block from downtown Jacksonville, this charming bistro provides delightful appetizers, salads and entrees. Eclectic menu provides options for vegetarians and omnivores. Wine list is small but adequate. Service is friendly and prompt. Street parking only.

Don't just think about stopping by on your way through Jacksonville. Plan your trip around stopping here for lunch or brunch. The menu is eclectic, the food is excellent and the waitstaff is very knowledgeable about pairings. Go enjoy, then head out for wine tasting.

We have been dining at Paul's (C Street) since he opened. Many lunch's with just the two of us and also doing the whole restaurant for a birthday party. Paul and his crew can do it all large or small with perfect results. Best in the Rogue Valley.

Great place to eat organic food, and the best homemade ketsup I have ever had. The setting on the deck was very nice. Very friendly wait staff !

We come once or twice a year to Jacksonville and our first dining out is always at C St.Bistro. We love the farm to table freshness and French flair in this tiny gem of a restaurant. Wine offerings are amazing! I had the mushroom risotto and my husband had the duck and both dishes were so wonderful. Paul does a... More

An exquisite farm to table style restaurant that is intimate and of exceptional quality. As a local, this is one of my favorite spots to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is always so accommodating and they go above and beyond to make each experience special. A true local's favorite.

C ST. Bistro, opened in winter 2011, and is a true gem in a old miners town. Using locally sourced ingredients we have a love for letting ingredients speak for themselves.
