A highly recommended stop for a taste of clam crowder. As clam crowded go, it was a nice find. We especially enjoyed the canned seafood in the adjacent shop. We would go again and try another seafood dish.

I loved this little cafe on the port in Gold Beach. We were seated where we could see a few of the docks with tons of harbor seals lounging on the rocks. The customer service was excellent. Answered all our questions and was able to give us info on local attractions including a shipwreck just outside the cafe. The food... More

Expected sort of a 'divey' place, but it was clean and bright with local water views. Food was terrific and came quickly. They have a fairly varied menu and prices were reasonable. Our waitress was helpful and friendly.I took a chance and had a potota sal

This is a "mom and pop" sort of cafe perched right on the harbor. There were even some sea lions within view to amuse both big "kids" and little kids. My wife, daughter and I stopped for lunch on a Monday afternoon and found the place to be bustling. Salad, soup and a sandwich were all just fine but nothing... More

Initially stopped by for lunch while exploring Gold Beach. The seafood chowder in a bread bowl was fabulous, and our daughter enjoyed her kiddies mac n cheese. We struggled with dinner options on our second night in Gold Beach as there aren't too many places to eat, so went back to the Port Hole again and we weren't disappointed. Fabulous... More

We eat here every time we are in Gold Beach. We love the Gold Digger. Fish and chips. Enough food for 2 people to share. Friendly staff.

Quick & easy lunch, friendly service, and my children loved the books turned into kid menus - gave them something to do while we waited. Can't ask for much more during a family meal :)

Excellent fish and chips. We also enjoyed a half-sandwich (turkey, basic but good), and a cup of clam chowder. The chowder was great. Our guest ordered sweet potato fries and the server brought regular fries instead. The guest didn't want to make a scene so she ate the regular fries, but was disappointed at the mistake on the order.
