Do not know why this place was not super busy!! First - the interior. Cool combination of firehouse/firefighter memorabilia from around the country and outside the US. In addition, the owners love of Harleys in obvious with little touches around the place. Restaurant was clean including the bathrooms - bonus!! The staff instantly made us feel at home, welcoming us... More

Very cute restaurant with very good, reasonably priced food. The kitchen had a bit of a mix up with our order, but it was remedied quickly with the correct garlic fries. We enjoyed the clam chowder, clams, fish and garlic fries. There is also a nice view and interesting historical items to look at.

Our first night in Florence and there are many eating establishments in this area. This one was not a good choice. A hostess seated us then took our order which was just a cup of Clam chowder. The chowder was okay but we have hd better. Waitress took a break right after we were served and did not come back... More

Large airy room with few patrons. Apparently just opened for season and with new management. Young waitress was not familiar with menu items. Food was good but nothing special. We had lots of chowder on this trip and I did not find this chowder particularly better.

Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged...then finally went inside to ask for service. Waitress came with water and asked if we had seen a menu. Of course not, I said, we have not seen anyone yet...she turns around and starts to walk away..."well..we are really busy"... There were 2 occupied tables inside and 1 other table outside. Rude and terrible... More

The servers were cheerful and friendly, but it took a long time to receive our meal (we were the only ones in the restaurant). I had liver and onions that tasted good but was a little undercooked. My husband had fish and chips. Two tiny pieces (smaller than a child's portion). When I asked why his fish was so little,... More

My wife and I (we are black) and a white couple all on a road trip from VA. went to the Firehouse to eat. We order our food and 15 min later we were told they was out of what we ordered, so we changed our order and 10 min they said they were out of that. We got up... More
