Sunday Buffet was very good, lots of seniors here. Good price, good selection of food and vegetables too. Excellent fried sweet potatoes and sauteed tofu. Will come back.

We've tried out nearly all the Chinese restaurants in Eugene/Springfield at least once; some of them many times. Jade Palace falls in the "many times" column. It's currently our favorite in the area. Nothing fancy (pretty standard for the genre), but spotless and bright. Ample servings, yet we nearly always manage to eat it all. The servers are consistently sweetie-pies.... More
A friend and I went to dinner here about an hour before closing. We were in from out of town on a quick stopover and this place was super highly recommended by our motel's receptionist. The sweet and sour pork was KILLER, but the fried rice was a bit bland. Our server was so so sweet, huge smile and very... More
The lunch buffet is a terrific value. Not a lot of choices, but it is kept hot and fresh that way. Very friendly staff and very good prices.
Not far from downtown Eugene, this restaurant was just what we were hoping for. We had kung pao chicken combo plate, almond chicken combo and shrimp chow mein. Bill was about $32. We were served complimentary fried sweet potato appetizer which was excellent. Our waitress, Andie, was a college student at OU and her service was excellent. Good came quickly.... More
I was told by friend that Jade Palace was a great place to go for lunch if one is in a hurry, wants a cheap lunch with great customer service. The food was average but the customer service was GREAT! The location was perfect for our group to walk to. Although there is plenty of parking. Two kinds of soup,... More
The buffet is kept well stocked with good, basic Chinese food and dessert of fruit and pound cakes. There is fresh green salad, hot and sour and egg drop soups, some vegetarian entrees, peel and eat shrimp, mar far chicken and rice, noodles and a few pork and chicken dishes. The staff keep the tables cleared of dirty dishes as... More
I was craving Moo Shi/Shu Pork and this restaurant satisfied my craving. We also tried a number of other dishes and they were very tasty.
Service is horribly bad. We got a table and sat for 20 minutes but nobody even bring a water for us. Finally a server came. A Chinese man and in his 30s. We complained about being ignored, he burst out immediately and said that whatever you need to wait because the kitchen is busy, no need to serve you quick;... More
