Very small place, the owners do the cooking and serving. Vietnamese Baguette sandwiches on VERY crispy and FRESH baguettes (they bake them in the back). Also Vietnamese Bo (boiled dumplings both sweet and savory) and salad rolls. Thai ice tea can also be had.

The ambiance is lovely in this little shop. All the paintings come from Vietnam. It is tasteful and clean. We tried several different dishes. The grilled chicken, curried beef and lemongrass beef were favorites. The shrimp and ham salad roll was also good, although the peanut sauce was rather intense and dark. The pork bao was very different and interesting.... More

Creative and satisfying Vietnamese specialties on a French baguette. What a creative and historical idea. One of our new favorites in Corvallis. Gotta try the headcheese sandwich... yes I mean it.

Lot and lots of places have sandwiches, but nobody does it as well as Baugette. My kids are pretty picky and they love this place. This is also a family run business that is exactly what America is all about. If you come to Corvallis you must try this place!

We were traveling and just wanted a light lunch. The Baguette was perfect. I got the beef lemongrass and my husband got the original. Both were excellent. The bread was delicious and all the flavoring so just right. We would stop here again. The folks are very nice too. Highly recommend.

The baguettes are always fresh, the soup is the hottest temperature in town, and delivery to your table is prompt. Order from the counter and you get your own water glass and water from a convenient supply table. This is one of our favorite places to eat in Corvallis, and we eat here frequently.

This place is excellent. I've tried a few baguettes, and they are all delicious. My favorite is the Beef Lemongrass with jalapeños. The bread and veggies are always fresh. The salad rolls are pretty good too. It's a real treat when I get to have lunch here.

Some people are hesitant to eat here and I'm not sure why! I always get the bbq chicken baguette and it's incredible. Super fresh veggies, ingredients and just overall this amazing refreshing, light sandwich! I love the "chips" which are more like a fun Korean crunchy sweet straw!

We stopped in here for lunch today. I was looking for a less filling lunch and this was perfect. I had the beef lemongrass and the flavors were amazing. The spices and the sauce were great. The added carrots and the fresh cilantro were the perfect addition to the sandwich. I would definitely eat here again. The bread was what... More
