Wonderful food. Just walked in @ 5o'clock no one here on a Friday. Fantastic!!! Creamy Vichyssoise soup. Great mushrooms with polenta. Shrimp and scallops-fantastic!

A little piece of France in the Williamette Valley Oregon, we dined at Gilbert Henry's both nights in which we stayed in Carlton. The dry humored Henry treated us to delicious treats including coquille St. Jacques, lamb stew and pork loin. Cheeses and desserts also...More

We always enjoy a wonderful meal here. Henri, the owner/chef, makes you feel like you've walked into his home. Everything is well prepared and beautifully served. I adore the French fries and the rib eye is full flavored. Always a nice catch of the day....More

The food was great and the staff had great wine pairing recommendations. I would definitely eat here again if in the area.

Great food and very romantic place to eat. But best of all, owner/host has a great sense of humor that made us want to return to Carlton specifically to go to dinner here.
