Stopped by for breakfast during our visit to Cannon Beach and we're not sorry. The restaurant is newly remodeled and combine that with the terrific views of the beach and Haystack Rock you have a great experience. There were six of us, and we all loved it and with the home made breads and jam, The Eggs Benedict, Chicken Fried... More

My family of six went to this restaurant on an uncrowded evening. The food was almost tasteless;,with two young children, we waited long periods of time between servings. We were very unhappy with the cost of this unpleasant meal.

The view of the sun setting over the ocean: perfection. The service: friendly and attentive. In fact, Greg made our time there: he's smart, funny, and experienced. He made us feel like we were the only table there. The food: we shared a bottle of wine, so our judgment may have been clouded, but awesome seafood. Oysters: small, sweet deliciousness.... More

My wife and I visited on May 25th for dinner. Glass of wine, her red, me white. Very nice recommendation from the extremely friendly and courteous waiter. My wife had the salmon and I had the halibut. Mine had a rhubarb sauce on top that initially I was a bit skeptical about, but WOW.... Excellent!!! We finished with dessert and... More

I selected this restaurant because it touts itself as the restaurant on the beach. It does have a view of the ocean but not as good as I expected. Service was good. The food was very good. The menu was VERY limited with few choices. It was expensive. There were children running around and jumping and no member of the... More

Dinner was expensive. Bland over cooked vegetables. Halibut and razor clams came quickly and tasted like they were under heated lamp for a long time. In and out for dinner in under 30 minutes. Felt rushed and food all precooked. Not ever going back.

We chose to come to this restaurant because of the amazing view. The restaurant has a spectacular view of Haystack Rock and a nice outdoor patio. The service was excellent. With that said, the food was rather basic considering the prices. In the future we will try something else.

The Wayfarer has always been a must stop in Cannon Beach and it did not dissapoint. They have updated the dining space and the menu has great choices. The Chef makes a spicy vingnoitte for the petite oysters, crab cakes are crab and sinethung that hold them together but no breadcrumbs, yummy salmon Lori-lomi. I shouldn't have had room, but... We have dined here for breakfast and dinner on several occasions. The food has always been very good and they always have our favorite wines. The staff and the view is what really sets them apart. The staff is knowledgeable and engaging. We truly felt they were happy to serve us. The large windows look out at haystack and is... More

Been coming for years. Great for breakfast lunch and dinner. Good friendly service and a room with A view! Like the best view in all of Cannon Beach. I will highly recommend this place to anyone. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. Trust me on this one.
