Great beer brewed across the street. Good food. Service a bit slow but, like most restaurants post-COVID, staffing is an issue. Worth the wait, however.

Our server was very attentive and our meals were tasty. My husband enthused about his Reuben and enjoyed 2 glasses of the PBR beer. My son had the San Diego Iron fries and absolutely loved them. I had the pub burger, which was a bit...blackened for my taste but very well-seasoned and good with the pickles, onions, and tomato.More

Food was bad, order was slow, and over priced. Burger was dry no taste and $17 dollars. Bad choice, if they have some good food which reviews seem to validate - burger was not it. Calamari was just bad.

My waitress (Brooks) was awesome! I really liked her recommendations on the house beer and dinner entrees. I would highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed a stop here as a midway point in our trip. The menu was limited due to Covid so some of the yummy food we remembered from our last visit (fajitas) weren't available but we still had a great dinner - Jalapeno Chicken Pasta was...yummy as was the Caesar San Carlos salad. The beers were very good - Coyote Peak Wheat and Breakfast Stout. Nice that we could sit at an outside table with our dog. Thanks for a nice dinner!More

we are on the last leg of a 5 week journey Across the USA. WE were advised by a couple of locals that Barley BROWNS restaurant was one of the best in Baker City Oregon. It Was one of the best dinner meals we had...the E tire trip. The service provided by Cyx graybeal was superb and so much Appreciated. We had the Jalapeño chicken And the chicken Parmesan both were delicious And very generous portions. Don't miss Having a wonderful meal at Barley brownsMore

My wife and I ate here on our vacation road trip in August. We ate inside and asked for a booth with high backs for our safety. That was nice. I had the fish which was excellent but the fries were not very good at...all, too soft. My wife had the hamburger which she liked but her fries weren't any better. The service was okay but the waitress mentioned that they were just getting started back up. It just didn't seem to me that everyone was in sync. But I guess that is to be expected with the current situation.More

I ordered the Caesar San Carlos. I never order salads. I was just trying to be good-ish for once. I was rewarded. It was the weirdest thing I've ever eaten (okay, maybe not, but it's up there), and it was delicious. Blue cheese caesar dressing...(I'm going to try to recreate that) on romaine with chicken, tortilla chip strips, and cotija. Not the healthiest salad out there, but it was great. Keegan's food wasn't quite as great, and didn't look quite as good, but it was still something I would be happy with. Service was unmemorable, which is probably a good thing. The place we ate at (I think there is a separate place across the street) is old and stuffy, but whatever. It felt like a more modern brewpub in an old Baker City dinner hall, and that has its own charm.More

Award winning brews, a full bar, a good variety on the menu. The service was excellent and it has a comfortable atmosphere.
