Went with a group of people that I work with. Thirty minutes go by and I am still waiting for my salad. Some of the people at my table had already been served. Several of us had empty drinks. I went to the bar and alerted the staff. Our waiter arrived a few minutes later. He did not offer an... More

I don't usually go to chain restaurants these days but we were in the mood for something different so we tried the TGIF across from the Promenade Mall in Tulsa. Wow! The first indication that we were in for a great experience was the staff and in particular Breana our server. I have never felt more welcome and had better... More

I had avoided Friday's in general due to a bad experience months ago, but granted a birthday wish to return. They were fast, friendly, and had large portions for the appetizer, kid's meal, and salad. The boycott is over! We will return.

We generally don't go to chain restaurants and this once again reminded us why. The food was sad. Most of the food was freezer burned, tasteless and unappealing. The signature drinks even tasted bland as if watered down. Do yourself a favor and find a local restaurant!

One thing that's our pet peeve at restaurants is the host seating us next to a young family with crying and screaming kids. The restaurant has a lot of empty tables and they want to seat us next to them. Really? We have no grand children and no young in our family, so we should be able to enjoy our... More

The service was really bad. We waited for 50 minutes for our order to be served, and waitstaff blamed it on being "slammed." As we looked around, we saw the restaurant less than 1/3 occupied. A burger ordered "medium," was served well-done, and the fries were greasy, cold, and a very small portion. The steak ordered was also overcooked, fatty,... More

On top of mediocre, at best, service and dropping quality of food, how can a business stay open during renovations of this magnitude. I felt like I was eating at a construction site. And if you are serve a Cobb salad and start taking off items like avocado, you have to stop calling it a Cobb salad. Sad to see... More

There were 4 of us for lunch. The service was very slow. The waitress had to tell us twice that are meals would hopefully be arriving soon. The food was average and the salad I had was very large. Not much taste but large. Would skip this TGIF and try some where else next time.

I had the French Onion soup and the French dip. I had to ask for the French Onion soup to be sent out before my sandwich. The soup was good, the sandwich was chewy meat. The service was decent but he definitely didn't go overboard.
