This diner is has the art deco feel of the hotel and a great menu. Interesting ingredients in all the dishes made the selection a little difficult. The wait staff was very accommodating and the feel was great! We would definitely eat here again!

The food is good enough that I would come eat lunch here, no matter where I stayed in downtown Tulsa. However, since I regularly stay in the Courtyard Hotel within the same building, it's not only good but super convenient as well!

Downtown Tulsa has so much to offer. The Atlas Grill is another place that everyone should try. It is located in the old-school Atlas Building in the back of the lobby. This historic building is shared with the Courtyard Hotel which starts on the 2nd floor. Anyway, I have only been for breakfast but each time I have had friendly... More

I know the pictures make this place average, but it is anything but. Everything is homemade including cheese, breads, and dressings. The breakfast potatoes are out of this world (notice I didn't say healthy?). The bacon is covered in pepper and was perfectly done. The Atlas omelet has fresh dill and Boursin cheese. You can't get that just anywhere. This... More

A very nice place to have lunch when you are in downtown Tulsa. The service is outstanding and the food is very good. The gals that run Atlas are very friendly and make the lunch experience very enjoyable.

Atlas Grill is known for Friday Catfish and their Atlas burgers with grilled onions. We have been enjoying breakfast on Saturdays. The waffles with berries are my favorite but everything is good. Love the location in the historic Atlas Life building which is in downtown Tulsa. The upper floors now house a Courtyard hotel and most downtown attractions are within... More

Very slow and our food was cold. We finally got our food around 30 minutes after we ordered and asked about it twice. Really surprised.

Atlas has daily specials that if you want you need to arrive before the 11:30 rush. Portions are generous and food is very good. My favorite is the Beef Stew on Monday, but the Chicken fry on Wednesday is also very good! Hosts are very friendly and will remember you name if you become a regular.

Really good food, classic American diner experience. The egg sandwich was super tasty. The coffee was excellent. And it has a classic feeling to the place, unpretentious.

Six words! Best meat loaf in the world! Eat there on meat loaf day! I have now eaten there three times. The chicken salad and breads are also wonderful. They have excellent deli style food period.
