I've been going to Leo's for BBQ all of my life. And it has changed very little (that's a good thing). When you walk in the door you know you're where the real bbq is. Their ribs and smoked bologna are amazing. Homemade sides and the piece of cake that comes with every meal. I can eat lunch here and... More

Leo's is located in NE OKC, approximately 1.5 miles NE of the governor's mansion. It is casual dining, first come first served, no reservations, and it can comfortably seat approximately 50 diners. Prior to this visit, I had eaten at Leo's over 15 times over the past 5 years, and, unfortunately for my Q' taste buds, the last three visits... More

Okay so most of us have eaten all types of Bar-B-que from all the different styles available throughout the country. BBQ is as much its own culture as it is a type of food. OKC has a myriad of BBQ place all offering their take on an american staple. So take everything you know about BBQ and hit the reset... More

Back when I use to travel to the southwest I had an account take me to Leo's over 20 years ago. I use to go everytime I was in OKC. This past weekend I was back in OKC for a wedding and was excited to see that Leo's was still open! In fact Leo's son Charles has now taken over... More

This place is an old, old gas station converted to an old Barbeque shack. The food is really good. Many locals have been going to Leo's for years. I usually go elsewhere for Barbeque because of location. This is a one of a kind experience! Try the strawberry-banana cake

My partner has been eating at Leo's for sometime, my first time, so lunch it was. Parking can be interesting, also handicap accessable. It is a bbq dive, smells great with friendly greeting at the door. I had the brisket sand with quarter of baked potatoe, very nice serving at a reasonable price. They accecpt cash or credit. The cake... More

The food is great and you get more than enough at a very reasonable price. Understand this is an old establishment, so don't expect pristine decor. You may want to get your meal to go. Either way eat in or to go you won't be disappointed in the food.

Been eating here since I was a young girl and the food is consistently good. Can't beat their ribs, brisket, or bologna. I especially love the brisket, baked beans, and strawberry banana cake (save room for it). They have two bbq sauces a hot and a mild. They also offer fresh mustard greens and relish free to dine in cutomers.... More

what was described as "easy bake oven dessert" was homemade strawberry shortcake. which you get with the lunch meal deal. the sides were delicious. i had the pasta salad, but tasted the beans. Most bbq places have canned sides. these are really home made. Very tasty.

We discovered Leo's BBQ on the Food Network's Diners, Drive-in's and Dives. I have been there probably 20 times or more and the food is always great. It is a real smoke house bbq dive that is hands down our favorite. I love their beef briskit dinner and my wife likes the smokey link dinner. Both come with a peice... More
