Always a good meal at a very affordable price. Must eat here when in Springfield or the surrounding area. Lunch or dinner are real values

You know you found a restaurant with good food and good prices when the average diner is 65 or older! Most of the staff is very friendly too. I highly recommend the liver and onions (has bacon on top)!

Living in Springfield area for almost 20 years, I've been to Colliers quite a bit. As most say it's homestyle food without much drama. Service is usually good and they make several items you would swear were cooked by your grandma. As a local I give them 4 stars but a traveler would probably give them a 3. My biggest... More

My son played a volleyball tournament at Whittenburg University. We found Collier's on Trip Advisor and decided to try it! This place is super cute and homey! Breakfast in served until 2 even though we were given the lunch menu. I had their sausage and biscuits and gravy. This is something I normally don't order, but it was absolutely delicious!... More

A friend recommended eating here so on my way to Kuss Auditorium, another friend and I stopped in. Daily specials and daily soups/veggies. Portions are average. Everything is made from scratch, except the no sugar added cherry pie, which is a customers favorite and delicious. Told this is the Old Bill Knapp's restaurant. Three large dining areas. Buckeye pie sells... More

The food here is nice and country. I enjoyed my fried green tomatoes. My son thought the fried chicken was awesome. I would definitely take my family here again. The breakfast is nice too

Just a good down to earth good home cooking. Great menu for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Their fried chicken is some of the best around. Staff members are very friendly and efficient. You cannot go wrong.

This used to be a really good family restaurant. There would be a waiting line out the door, especially on Sundays. The staff was friendly, the food was "home cooked" style with a good variety. Very clean and fairly quick service. I think the family that owned the restaurant sold it and the new management has not been as good.... More

I have breakfast at Collier's with a group, and I sometimes have other meals on my own or with a friend. The staff at Collier's is always friendly and helpful. Their menu is large enough to please most people. I especially like their ham loaf, their ham salad, and their vegetable omelette. I often have their cooked applies. When I... More
