The chicken wings quarter pound burger and potato soup were fantastic! The onion rings were good too but mine were just slightly too well done. We will definitely be back!

I have had Chef Gary's creations many times and every time was very enjoyable. There is a relaxing atmosphere and everyone is friendy. When we travel through we make it a point to get something good to eat at Foleys.
Foley's is a great neighborhood bar that has been around for years. They are one of the few bars in Reading to serve a full menu of food. Majority of the food is typical bar food and sandwiches.
