Stunning from the entrance to the vines you can be nestled in while the live music plays softly as you sip on beautiful wine.
We were visiting from Melbourne for the weekend and I chose this winery for lunch because it’s unique, I wanted to go where the food is real and the people have a minute to stop and say hi and not just throw food in front of you like the over commercialised big wineries tend to do.
This be place is lovingly put together in an usual yet stunning way, lots of homemade touches. A beautiful big fire place sets the ambiance inside next to the oversized glorious bar, or if you prefer head outside under the umbrellas or gazebo to take in the serenity of the vineyards.
A special touch was the owner shook our hand and introduced himself, now that’s unusual in a busy day of vineyarding!
We’ll be back next time down this way as we couldn’t fault the food, service or the wonderful decor.

Oneday, as the name suggests, only serves food one day a week - on a Sunday. Limited menu but really good food, great ambience and fab music - wacky place that is well worth a visit, but you must book. We will be back!

Lovely lunch and an afternoon with staff happy to be there.
Would be great to have some more staff dedicated to wine tastings which we happily waited for but felt rushed as we were asked to choose one wine after the other even though we’d never been there before. None of the tastings came with any information which would have been great to know as we selected bottles to purchase.
Nonetheless I couldn’t imagine a better place to sit for some Sunday tapas and a glass or three of wine.

We travelled from NSW to visit family & decided to go here for lunch. The place looked lovely. My husband and I arrived first and ordered a pizza & burger. The advertised Paella was not on offer - just pizza and burgers. The others arrived and ordered similar. The burgers arrived slowly one at a time and we asked 3 times where the 2 pizzas were and was told they would arrive shortly. 40 mins after everyone else had eaten and were talking about leaving our pizzas arrived - undercooked (the pastry was well underdone) with minimal toppings (very scarce) for around $28 each. Would not go here again or recommend.

Oneday just keeps getting better and better every time we are there 😊 We got married at Oneday 5years ago and everything about our day was perfect. Sam and the team were all so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. If you are looking for a wedding venue I highly recommend Oneday, love, love, loved it.
We recently went back to Oneday for a Friday night (Valentines night) and had the best night. Great food, awesome music & even tho we didn’t know anyone there we were all up dancing together by the end of the night. We couldn’t believe all the add ons they had made to the place, it was even more beautiful than the last time we were there.
Can’t wait to get back for a Sunday arvo soon, thanks Oneday xo

Nice place, went for a Friday Night Gin Session. I loved the building and fireplace, this was a night visit so I wouldn't mind returning for a Sunday session on a nice day. We didn't try wines on this evening, so another reason to return. We did enjoy the pizza and live music. Would be great for a few friends to gather and enjoy a day out.

Good place to crash for a few hours, to soak up some sun in the garden or near the fire inside if it’s cold. It’s a limited menu of platters and pizzas, but the scene is about the experience rather than the food. Good selection of drinks as well as the home-grown. It’s a good addition on the side of larger more sophisticated venues.

We have been to One day a number of times and always enjoyed it. This time we had a private function for our daughter’s 21st celebration. The communication was spot on from the start, we already knew the wine, food (especially the pizzas) and service would be amazing, and it was all completely seemless for our function. Many of our guests were from Melbourne and had never been to One day before, and commented on how beautiful it was. In the Private room with courtyard and the fire lit on a cold July day, it was the perfect venue to sip drinks, eat great food and celebrate. Highly recommend!

Overall lovely setting and good food, music and wine. Good for a Sunday lunch with friends but not great for large crowds or parties. I experienced many of the the same things as listed on other reviews (including shortage of plates and cutlery - luckily I read the reviews and brought my own) plus not a single member of staff said hello, goodbye or thank you for our patronage (we spent a considerable amount of money on a party for 120 people). They were clearly short staffed for the number of people there.
There were a number of other issues - too many to list - but the overall result was that I worked very hard to ensure our guests and my husband had a good time as his birthday party instead of getting to enjoying the party with him. Luckily they did. Also the ladies bathroom had half the lights working with only 3 soaked through hand towels for the entire venue as the hand dryer did not work. It’s the critical non-essentials that make all the difference to the customer. Would I recommend it? If you are going with a few friends for a Sunday lunch then, yes, it’s quite pleasant. But if you are planning a large event, then probably not.

Really enjoyed the set up of this place, the indoor and outdoor areas were both packed on the Sunday we went. The wine choices were good but we felt there could have been a a few more options.
The paella lacked flavour and the pizzas tasted slightly chewy. The antipasto board was placed on our table with the glad wrap still on - we thought it would have been simple for the waitress to remove it.
Overall was a nice place but the food could be improved.

We went to One Day with a large group for lunch. We all enjoyed either the paella or risotto which was a hearty serve!
Could have done with a knife to cut the salad! We thought the setting was great especially the use of recycled items.
Man Trap beer was voted very good as was the sparkling reisling. Tables inside and out and a roaring fire for a cold day.

Made my way to Oneday for a Father’s Day lunch with friends. I enjoyed my glass of the wild Pinot ($10) but found the menu offerings very poor. If you didn’t want to hang around until after 2pm for the pizza or paella you just about had to settle for a burger - beef or vegetarian. We all ordered the burgers and we all agreed that they were pretty terrible ($20). The patties were like little nuggets, you were expected to eat the salad with just a fork but the chips were good. Nothing here to recommend a return visit I’m afraid.

Hello,
We are very sorry to hear that you found our menu offering poor and that your Oneday experience wasn't a positive one.
Our Paella is available from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm or until it runs out, so I am unsure why you were led to believe it was only available after 2 pm. You are correct that our Pizza's do not start until 2 pm.
Due to the large Father's Day crowd, we did, unfortunately, get caught out with an unexpected shortage of cutlery, and we have taken the necessary steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.
The 'patties were like little nuggets' is obviously not ideal and this has been raised with our Kitchen staff.
We take our customer experience very seriously and appreciate you taking the time to raise these issues, as otherwise, we would be none the wiser.

It has a lovely vibe as you enter, and the sense of expectation is heightened as you learn of the lunch choices. Large pans of paella and risotto await, and lovely salad and kebabs is another option. Of course you can do a cheese board or platter which is excellent too. The wine is great and there was entertainment as well, all with the ambience of a beautiful fire in the centre of the restaurant. Definitely returning...especially on a cold wintry arvo.
