Sichuan Bistro is a restaurant I seek out for better Chinese food. It can get busy, but the food is simply fresher and tastes great. I like their twice cooked pork, the meat is tender and it's spiced right.

The food was good and tasty. The eating environment was a little crowded but OK. Price is OK. The food is a little on the salty side.
Ate there this weekend for the first time while passing through town. Their hot and sour soup was ok at best, spiced mainly by a ton of black pepper. So while spicy taste was okay. Had a Szechuan shrimp and vegetable dish. It was very...More
It is important that you understand what Sichuan Bistro is and what it is not. This is really not your general Americanized Chinese restaurant where people order General Tsao's and Sesame Chicken or sweet and sour pork and consider any of it authentic. If you...More
Excellent food and service in this restaurant that sits at Socialville Foster Rd and Mason Montgomery Rd in Mason, OH. Do not be fooled or turned off by the fact it is located in a mini strip-mall. Owner always mans the phones and the cash...More

Sichuan Bistro is a very unassuming place with a very casual atmosphere (complete with ad hoc tables with folding legs), but they are pretty serious about keeping their food authentically Chinese. Besides authentic Chinese dishes, there are also plenty of spicy offerings and also more...More
The restaurant is a strip mall. The food is traditional Chinese Sichuan spicy stir fry. I found it a little greasy but the flavors were good.
