In a beautiful spot by the marina , whilst in lockdown we can still have cake and takeaway coffee. The lady serving needs to use hand sanitizers before serving and wear gloves . She served ice cream and put plastic spoons in the ice cream...instead of offering the box to the customers, and blew in a bag to open it to put biscuits in . During covid this is not acceptable. Apart from that there are no other complaintsMore

When we went to order was told there’d be a half hr wait which was fine until it turned out to be a 1hr 15 min wait. My friend and I ordered the same meal but meals didn’t even come out at the same time....Waited another 10 mins for second meal. This was the same for many of the tables around us. There were only 2 people in the kitchen during the night. Food was alright but not worth waiting that long for. Excuses made but didn’t even offer customers a free drink for waiting. Very poor service which is a shame as is such a great location. Won’t be going back.More

While the food was tasty, the service was not! We ordered one pizza, a burger and fries and waited almost 45 minutes for it to be bought to our table. When we complained about the service, we were told we are busy today. Of course...you're busy when you have 30 tables to potentially service on a sunny day with only one chef cooking.More

We booked Christmas lunch here and it was thoroughly enjoyed as the range of food was awesome! Started with a selection of starters which all were beautifully prepared. Lovely salads and my type of food such as cheese and prawns , fruit and breads and...more. This was followed by the mains which was slow cooked lamb , beef , and chicken . Roasted vegetables were to die for. I for one ate far too much but it was hard not to go back for more and more. When we asked for a cup of tea we were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble. Attentive staff to make sure all was in order were on hand always. Sitting back enjoying the sea views in the air conditioned room was so relaxing it was a pity to leave. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anyone for a main meal or a casual coffee or tea.More

Christmas 2018 we had lunch there and it excellent, great seafood, excellent service, water topped up all day, request for drinks frequently asked and fresh food with heavenly desserts. So we booked again for Christmas 2019 and paid a deposit in October without knowing that...the Restaurant had changed hands. 2019 Christmas was disappointing. The prawns were small and warm, the turkey was so dry it tasted like cardboard and the rest of the meat looked very unappetising. I had to go to the bar to ask for water and a Jack Daniels for my husband. The barman directed me to the fridge behind the bar to get the can out,and handed me a glass of water, thats what I call service. We ate some prawns but no one come to clear our plates away with the shells so I had to keep moving the plates to the next table. Dessert was tiny squares of cake and what they told me was sticky date pudding which turned out to be plum pudding the size of a cup cake. They poured a little custard over it. Later the barman came around to the few tables with a can of spray cream and squirted it onto the plates. We were talking to the people at the next table, the only two tables left, and they said it wasn't as good as last year although the view was lovely over the marina. I felt someone behind me and turned around to find a lady with a shovel and broom sweeping up behind me so I knew it was time to leave and not come back.More

My partner & I decided to visit Wyndham Harbour today to have a look around and have lunch. The Harbour is beautiful, fantastic views. Lunch......NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. Big Breakfast was overcooked and could not eat most of it, poached eggs were...more like hard boiled eggs, bacon was burnt, mushrooms burnt. Mussels were disgusting. Very small and overcooked. Had to wait over 30 minutes for food, which was extremely disappointing considering when we got there we were the only ones there. Would hate to see this place on a busy day.More

We went to Ramae’s for a quick lunch and had the chicken schnitzel burger and egg and bacon toastie. We found the service welcoming and the food was lovely and very good portion sizes. The coffee was great too! The Harbour itself is stunning and...definitely worth a visit 😊More

My daughter and I thought we'd go to the harbour for lunch today. She ordered pasta and I ordered the grilled fish, after 20 minutes we were told "there would be a slight delay, 5 minutes at the most, ok." After an other 25 minutes...and me complaining our food came out. The pasta was burnt and the fish tough, chips cold and salad..... We will never go back there. We ended up going to Werribee Mansion for lunch.More

We ordered 2 bowls of pumpkin soup they took over an hour to come out and then only 1 at a time. We had asked the waiters twice where our order was. The first one had pumpkin soup all over the outside of the bowl....I informed the waiter and they got the chef who eventually replaced both bowls of soup for a larger and clean bowls or soup. This took a further 10 minutes after speaking to the chef. Very disappointed.More
