Found this amazing cafe by accident. Cozy place, perfect music and view for a rainy day. Best of all the food and the service. Fully recommended.

Loads of interesting antiques and collectables surround you as you savour stunning home-cooked fare. The lamb shanks were better than top restaurants and only $12. Divineness! A great find for food and that little something you just have to buy.

We had a lovely light lunch here, sitting on the verandah looking out over the bay. Lovely fare and friendly people, I can't recommend it highly enough. An excellent little find in Swansea!

We went to Felicity's for brunch on a Monday. Lovely place with great views and friendly staff. They were happy to alter the menu to suit a hungry vegetarian.

Description
We reopened in April 2018 and are pleased to invite our friends, customers and visitors, to browse through our collection of antiques and collectables for sale, and enjoy our Tea Room, where we serve quality home made soups and light meals, cakes and other sweet treats, a range of tea and specialty coffees, and of course our Devonshire Teas. Take in our panoramic views of Great Oyster Bay, Nine Mile Beach, the Freycinet Penninsula and the Swansea township. Watch the light play on the water and surrounds, as the colours change, and occasionally, the dolphins play as you dine. Friendly service, quality meals, and the warm ambience of a small tea room. Indoor and outdoor/garden seating available. BYO available with meals. Centrally located on the rocks over Jubilee Beach, in the heart of Swansea, at 1 Maria St.
