Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a perfect place for lunch and the view !!!! Very fresh food and tasty 👍👍👍 If the weather is nice and you get a seat outside, I can’t believe there is a better view in town. Friendly owners as well. Will defiantly come...back when next in area.More

Popped in here for a Devonshire Tea. Scones were fresh and cream was clotted with homemade jam. Served on vintage crockery and looking at the view it was overall, very pleasant.

It was ok but after reading all the reviews we were expecting something really special but It just wasn't. Friendly service made up for the average food & coffee. Sorry just being honest.

We visited Felicity’s Antiques and Tea Room in March 2020 - loved all the art deco goods in particular and absolutely loved the afternoon tea. Bob is quite a chef! What a stunning view from this place too! Will definitely make a point of returning...next time we’re in the area.More

I've enjoyed an afternoon cuppa in some special pretty locations before, but this one takes the cake (while also serving it). Perched on the hillside overlooking Great Oyster Bay, Felicity's has a sweeping view across the water to the peaks of Freycinet National Park. Have...a look around the antiques in the shop, then plonk yourself at a table for a refreshing cup of something or a meal (I didn't order food, but the stuff that was coming out of the kitchen looked delicious) and drink in that stunning view. Perfect place to stop for a break if you're on the road.More

Was recommended to come here for breakfast and we were certainly not disappointed. The breakfast was from a good choice with a lovely pot of tea Faust what a Brit needs for breakfast. There were six of us and we all really enjoyed our breakfasts...with excellent and happy service by the staff. The ladies clearly then had to visit the shop which was really quaint with lots of very interesting things. If is clearly a lovely place to stop in this part of Tasmania and would thoroughly recommend it.More

Loads of interesting antiques and collectables surround you as you savour stunning home-cooked fare. The lamb shanks were better than top restaurants and only $12. Divineness! A great find for food and that little something you just have to buy.

My wife and I visited this somewhat quirky outlet which turned out to be really special. The proprietor originally from Calgary in Canada greeted and seated us for afternoon tea in a large room used also for a display of antiques and such. My wife...ordered the Devonshire Cream tea with Green Tea. I ordered the Breakfast tea with the Banana and sultana cake. The Scones served with the Cream Teas were warm and very fresh, with the jam and cream they made it exceptional. The Cake also was moist and delicious this is a real treat for anyone visiting this part of Tasmania.More
