Six of us for lunch. The scallop/mornay pie with chips and coleslaw was absolutely amazing. Value for $15. Calamari, fish and chips, wedges. All great meals at great value. Milk shake big enough for three. Friendly prompt service. Highly recommend.

Found this delightful cafe when looking for breakfast. The food was very fresh even the toast. The staff were lovely and made every effort to make sure our visit was enjoyable! A small breakfast menu but cooked and presented to perfection. The coffee was good too!

Great meals and milkshakes, sausages and chips were good. Generous servings and reasonable prices, got busier towards lunchtime.

After being here in 2012, we were so looking forward to having more of their curry scollop pies. What a bit of a disappointment. Although the pie was nice to eat, there was very few scallops in it. At $12 each it was overpriced for what we received.

We dropped in for lunch. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was cosy and the prices reasonable. The food was delicious and the coffee great. This was where I first sampled a scallop pie. I had several more during our trip. Definitely a great place for lunch.

The Swinging' Anchor Cafe makes great scallop pies and servies good coffee. Great service. We dined at lunch mid-week and there wasn't a vacant table.
