Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stopped over for a quick breakfast and coffee but were impressed with lots of options for breakfast. Chai latte was very nice and scrambled egg, ham turkish roll were made as gourmet as possible. Linda L the owner impressed us for her approachable, friendly,...hospitable nature. It was a little gem in St Helens that we found.More

We stopped in for coffee which was excellent and this prompted us to return the following day for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious & generous. We then indulged in freshly made scones which were also delicious.

From Kununurra to Cockle Bay and Byron to Perth you wont find a better vanilla slice. Absolute perfection ... the base solid without an overpowering thickness or pastry flavour. The delicious custard full of flavour and a smooth texture sufficently soft to slide into ones...mouth with the thick soft fluffy icing on top complimented the custard without being excessively sweet. Unfortunately I am 4 hours away from the shop or I would be back for a lot more.More

We stopped off at the Bank as we were passing through St. Marys this morning and we are soooo pleased that we did. The coffee is fabulous...and so are the scones. We have been travelling Tasmania for 4 weeks and this coffee is No. 1....A quirky little place with friendly people serving. What more could you want...except maybe another coffee and, well, perhaps another scone 😋More

My husband and I stopped here at St Mary’s a little town west of Ironhouse point eastern Tasmania. We spied a cute coffee shop for our morning coffee. We’ve had many take away coffees during our 3 week fly drive holiday here and this was...by far the best! The coffee was smooth flavoured and strong just how we like it, with no water flavour contamination that we have experienced elsewhere, beautifully brewed without any burnt flavour so often experienced. Highly recommended!More

Passing through St Mary's and stopped at The Bank Teahouse for coffee - good choice !! Great coffee and even better fruit cake. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, chatting and whiling away a little time talking RL and admiring the signed JT memorabilia....Call in if you're passing, you won't regret it.More

Interesting cafe next to Information office, with a bazaar to look around. Great service. They even split the sandwich we were sharing for us.
