The savoury crepes are really good, make sure you take cash, when we went there they had no electronic payment systems. Very sad about the coffee, it was disgusting so suggest you go to the Purple Possum in St Mary’s if you want a coffee...or stick to a pot of tea.More

We love fudge, and we love elephants, so this was an obvious place for us to stop in and visit! We'd bought Mt Elephant Fudge elsewhere on our travels, since quite a few outlets sell it, so when we saw that this was where they...make it, we had to check it out. The owner was very friendly an we had a lovely chat. Fudge here is cheaper ($4) than other outlets ($4.50-$5), and they also sell packages with ends ($1) which is a great way to sample several flavors. We could also taste three fudges. Nothing was being made (it was a Saturday) while we were there. There's also a cafe with coffee, cake and more. We also loved the various elephants throughout the place, and the decor. Nice place to visit!More

We've visited for lunch a number of times lately and enjoyed home made soup, based on produce from Lis's garden and toasted home made bread. Yum! There is a great community atmosphere and the host is fantastic. Highlights also include delicious cakes, banana smoothies, home...made freckles and all Lis's famous Mt Elephant Fudge range.More

A perfect place to take a break and sample delicious fudge, cakes, cheesecakes, ice cream, quiche or a full flavoured toastie. Coffee is spot on too. The owner makes you feel welcome and can give you great advice on the local area. #crazycarrsgapyear #jandaljournals
