Pies and sausage rolls for lunch, really good. I had a chai latte which was delicious, the slices, not as good as they look.

Lovely, light and tasty Tassie Scallop pies bursting with sweet scallops. They promise six scallops in a pie and it really does seem to be bursting with them. Their pies have a light, flaky pastry (not too greasy). with a light, Curry Mornay sauce. We...felt they were very good but were promised Mures pies in Hobart, were the best. Mures seasoning was stronger and tasty too, but Banjos just had such a promising amount of scallops. These pies were fresh, tasty and good. Living up to Tassie’s 5 star reputation for quality seafood, we felt. Yum 😋More

Food good, friendly service, Barista staff need to learn the difference between a capacinno and flat white. capacinno should have a certain amount of creme/foam

Called in this morning with a friend for the $5 coffee and toastie breakfast special. I ordered an egg and bacon toastie, but was served a ham and cheese toastie instead. As the cafe was so busy, I didn't bring it to the attention of...the staff, and ate it (but would have preferred egg and bacon.) My friend had a chicken and cheese toastie, which he felt had an unpleasant texture (subjective, of course.) The coffee was so-so; very pleased I ordered an extra shot though, as the coffee taste was difficult to locate. Even though the cafe was busy, we were served quickly and our orders were completed quickly. Parking in the car park next door was a bonus.More

We stopped over in Sorell on our way from Hobart to Port Arthur and this was an excellent choice. Banjos cafes never disappoint as far as prices and food quality, and there's the added fun of finding cutlery etc. as every establishment sets things out...differently! RecommendedMore

While driving to Hobart we stopped at Sorell for a coffee pit stop. It was Banjo's Bakery, we ordered a coffee & muffin. I also ended up getting a packet of Raspberry short bread biscuits to take with us. As it was very busy we...did have to wait about 10 mins for a coffee but the staff were apologetic about the wait. We also called into other Banjo's at different towns & the service was always good.More

Called in for a quick bite to eat and purchased sausage rolls and PItta. Sausage rolls were great and a real value of you buy 3 of them - same price almost as two. Pittas were a little expensive I thought. Had chicken schnitzel and...a chicken and avocado. Had them cooked - not sure if that's the best way to have them. Service was much better.More

Ate a chickpea and vegetable roll which was quite tasty and a pie which was average as the temperature was too hot to eat, prices were reasonable.
