We were looking for a nice quick bite to eat on our way to Hobart from Port Arthur on a recent trip and decided to stop in here due to the trip advisor rating. The squid was quite tough and chips nothing special. Friendly service...More
WOW! Wow is the only word I can use to describe this venue.
We stumbled across it and I’m so glad we did.
I had the mixed seafood without chips. My son had squid and my husband shared.
It was all amazing!

One taste of Tasmania I was disappointed to see The Taste of Tasmania festival skip over was the state’s famous scallop pies. This necessitated a bit of side-tripping for us, to try and locate the best exemplar.

My partner and I especially detoured to “Do Town” on a recommendation for great fish and chips. Chips - delicious. Calamari - great. Fish? Average at best. Appeared like fish fingers out of a box; crumbed with 0 flavour. Pretty disappointed.
Great to find this place serving up fried everything . Scallops were amazing but the curried scallop pie a gooey filled mess.
How they cook all this in this from this trailer is incredible.was recommended by so many this place but it didn’t live up...More
We accidentally found Doo lishus when visiting the BlowHole, and we decided to try their homemade berry icecreams: strawberry, raspberry or boysenberry flavours that day. What an amazingly delicious surprise!!! They were extremely tasteful, but I would recommend only one scoop as they are huge....More
A great location at the blow hole and a large car park. Tables and chairs outside and terrific on a sunny day.
A range of local fresh fish and chips, ice creams and great coffee.
Not open all year - van has been taken away...More
Whilst visiting the natural wonders in this area, we enjoyed the most scrumptious home made berry ice cream... the best I’ve ever eaten!! The fish n chips people were consuming around me, smelt delicious. Wish I hadn’t had lunch elsewhere.
The views were lovely and so was the famed berry ice cream! Made fresh upon order. We have no complaints! It tastes slightly sour because of the fresh berries used - tangy like sorbet or yoghurt, more like. Super convenient to buy too.
They don't really sell dinner n the traditional sense. However, if you want fresh seafood and the best berries and ice cream in the universe this is the place to go. We love to take our food down to the jetty at the back... More
They don't really sell dinner n the traditional sense. However, if you want fresh seafood and the best berries and ice cream in the universe this is the place to go. We love to take our food down to the jetty at the back, and picnic with the birds. while enjoying the spectacular view. So BYO and enjoy.
