Attended two days ago and the store is very dirty. Really needs for the tiled floors to be scrubbed and cleaned.

I was a regular but the extended period of hot drinks being unavailable and the withdrawing of daily news papers have driven me and most other customers (judging from the empty car park) away.

Went here today, was disgusted in the floors and the tables - every single table had food spills or drink spills on them, we had to ask for them to clean a table before we sat.
The meat in my ‘big jack’ was cold, my fries were missing and my partners pancakes were also cold.
There were a lot of staff standing around so I’m unsure as to why the tables and floors were so dirty ??
Really unacceptable. Health department would have a field day! Yuck. I wouldn’t step back in here if you paid me.

I have never experienced such poor service.My wife and I decided to dine in. Obviously drive through customers are preffered.At least 10 vehicles were served that arrived after us entering and waiting to order. Along with other customers we were not even acknowledged by staff. We decided not to stay, and definately would not returen

Excited to try the chocolate thick shake, it smelt fine though when i took a sip it immediately tasted wrong, milk tasted like it was rotten and my throat burnt from drinking it.

3 meals cooked quickly server was friendly and efficient.
1 of the 3 serves of chips were not fresh.
Taste of vegan burger good.
Meat in wiper was not hot and 3 pickles piled in same spot.
2 customers happy
1 under whelmed.
Dining room tired. Dust covering walls of the feature lights. Furnishing are worn and need recovering.
Floor need attention to detail and deep cleaning. Obvious places on floor never get cleaned.
Bathrooms are in very bad shape. Not clean. 3 staff doing nothing and a manager present. More leadership needed on this restaurant. Manager walked passed us from the outside when there was a clear issue with the POS system. No acknowledgement from the manager of our existence. Junior staff member who served had better manners.

Needing a top up and close to Hungry Jacks I decided to try one of their new "Vegi burgers". Most disappointed as it was next to tasteless and stogy. Definitely no love put into this food. I opened up the burger to closely examine the Vegetable burger and taste it without the confusion of the other components. It was a starchy composition probably consisting of either Potatoe or Wheat/corn starch and perhaps egg if not vegan with a few small pieces of orange and green vegetables.
If one wanted to truly impress and service Vegans, this burger could be so much more with the right seasoning and texture. I have had Vegetarian Pasties that are so wonderful I prefer them to the meat filled variety. The same could be done with these burgers. A bit of Cumin and Coriander would do wonders as would correct sized onion to the over all flavour and texture. Get rid of the heavy starch feel by choosing another to bind the constituents. I get an over all feeling that this food has been a quick cheep gimmick to boost sales and that it will not last long. If they had done the job properly they might have had a lasting product line giving longer term gain. But perhaps the business is not about that.

the cheese is so fake and gross, for starters the cheese was cold, and secondly it smells like sour milk. it tastes even worse that it looks and smells, a whole box of fries: ruined. i couldn’t finish them because i would surely vomit everywhere.
my sister had oto buy me chips and nuggets to eat instead because i just could not eat them.

After several visits to this Hungry Jacks I can assure that there will be no further purchases made by us. The fries today were over salted and the burgers were virtually tasteless. Without the mayo and pickles and other adornments you may as well eat the cardboard carton the burger comes in. On all but one visit the food has been cold and certainly not worth the money. It is fine to watch the calorific intake but all of the flavour has now been removed. No more HJ's for us.

Drive through not busy had to repeat order did not have no sugar coke and had to wait in waiting bay for order. Could have been better.

Ordered a large stunner meal but received some small chips. Have tried calling them 10 times but they have not answered. Poor customer service.

I usually get a good meal here and prefer it to McDonald's. Perfect if you want a cheap meal. My favourite meal is the chicken burger stunner meal - a good price for a meal that includes a burger, chips, a drink and ice cream.

Regular visitor to this place and always happy. Great service, friendly staff, the food is always fresh and tasty, the chips hot and crisp. Would recommend this place to everyone.
