We stopped in here on the way back to Hobart and what a wonderful surprise! After 2 horrendous experiences in Burnie, thank goodness we stumbled on this place. The food was amazing - loads of it, beautifully presented and VERY reasonably priced. The quality of the food was outstanding and you could tell they really cared about your experience there. The place itself has a wonderful layout with a pseudo outdoor area that is spacious and beautiful. To top it off, we met the owners - such beautiful people. You really have to try this family run cafe!!

Paid for most expensive item on menu x2. 1 item left off plate both plates, no explanation. Fried eggs revolting and burnt underside but raw on top. Runny pastie scrambled eggs and bacon so overcooked it was inedible, should have been sold as jerky. Not at all a pleasant dining experience. Coffee was poor. Big disappointment.

Had lunch here and it was delicious, could not fault the food at all. The Zesty salad with my fish was one of the best I’ve had, a real taste sensation and lots of it. My husband big breakfast great too. The service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Will definately go back. Coffee good too and plenty of help yourself table water.

Ordered the Mediterranean Chicken salad and the and a spare ribs. The salad was supposed to have zucchini aubergine roast, tomatoes, salad and chicken but only forgot lettuce leaves, chicken and some roast tomatoes. Nothing else in the dish. The spare rib was tough and dry. They did offer us drinks at no charge but they really need to get a better chef. The stuff were nice.

Made a booking for 15 for early breakfast. Servers were fantastic, good food brought to the table in excellent time. All 15 people eating at the same time, time management goals right there. Will return.

We've dined here time and again. Always going for its Build Your Zest Breakfast, or its Eggs Benedict at better value than Laneway just round the corner. But just as tasty.
When we're looking for a quick lunch, its pies are our firm favourite.
And great coffee always.

We dropby here on the way back to Hobart wow what a great find. The bakery and cafe is in amazing location loads of parking. The place itself is huge great for big family, group etc. staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. The food is amazing, so yummy and very generous servings. Its a must to visit if tou are around Devonport and surrounds. Highly reccommended. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Before heading off after arriving on the ferry, we chose to have breakfast at Zest. Staff super friendly and service was prompt. We chose the big breakfast and smashed avocado and the serves were generous. Highly recommend.

The iced chocolates were nice. Unfortunately the poached eggs were well over done (nearly solid) and the hollandaise was very vinegary.
Sliced apple as the fresh fruit with the waffles seems like an odd choice too.
I probably would try somewhere else next time, it was a bit disappointing considering the price.
