Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Have been here a couple of times for lunch (caesar salad with prawns, next time for pizza). Great reception from Mike & Diane on initial visit, excellent salad and bottle of wine with it. We ended up purchasing 1 dozen bottles (6 chardonnay, 6 rose)....2nd visit we were met and looked after by Tim and we had pizzas - very tasty and huge - two fed three people more than adequately. This was washed down with Tim's new Rose - nice now but will improve to be a great rose (if we let it bottle age for very long). Purchased another dozen wines - all rose this time.More

A lovely little winery with a beautiful setting and friendly service. Had the Nachos with the pulled beef which was fantastic. Recommend for a lunch or afternoon stop.

My friend and I decided on a weekend away and booked the 2 rooms at this winery. Good sized rooms with ensuite. The price includes a bottle of wine per room and a continental breakfast, of which there was a good selection of cereals, breads, pastries....Condiments,fruits tea and coffee. Diane and Mike and their son Tim that run the winery and accommodation are lovely, friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. We also got to use the bar b q on the first night. It is only a 2.5km walk into Rylstone itself and close to other walks and wineries. I slept really well here the beds are so comfy and loved the place and people. I would highly recommend this place.More

To end our girls weekend in Mudgee we booked High Tea at Naked Lady Wines - and it was absolutely beautiful. Sitting in the winter sun, relaxing with a cuppa viewing the vineyards and alpacas was a perfect way to finish our road trip. The...high tea fare was all just so lovely, we enjoyed the following: Sandwiches of slow cooked chicken in homemade mayo Smoked salmon and crème fraîche sliders Homemade sausage rolls Quiche Lorraine tarts Scones with strawberry jam and cream New York vanilla cheesecake Caramel chocolate fudge I did sample their Chardonnay as I was on the hunt for a nice one for my mother-in-law's birthday - and it was perfect, so grabbed a couple of bottles on my way out. We'd highly recommend Naked Lady Wines and look forward to returning to sample all their other goodies on offer.More

We dropped in here for what we thought would be a quick boutique tasting. It turned into a couple of hours of wine and grazing on the best platter we've been served in some time. It had so much choice and plenty of everything for...2 people. Spectacular views, a variety of relaxed outdoor seating and run by a friendly family.More

Wonderful boutique winery 40min before Mudgee...selection is limited to grapes grown but would suit most tastes...Tim provided lots of commentary on the wines and evidently knew his business...NYE the winery provided free live music (very enjoyable) with wines and platter or quickbites...great atmosphere and they...deserve to do wellMore

This nice little boutique winery only produces a limited range but there is enough to enjoy and purchase. The Chardonnay is especially impressive as it is not heavily wooded and therefore a more enjoyable. Worth visiting!

This place rocks! After a unique busk walking experience at Dunn's Swamp, we topped off the day with a late lunch and tasting at this family owned winery near Ryalstone east of Mudgee. Get there you must for a slice of heavenly views, top shelf...vino and Tim and his parents will certainly look after you!More

Friendly and helpful, pleasant wine tasting in spite of it being a smaller property than its neighbours

We took the scenic route from Sydney to Mudgee and came upon this vineyard at Rylstone and were so glad we did. They had just opened when we arrived and we were welcomed by the owner and his gorgeous dog, Bear (who we couldn't stop...patting). The owner sat with us and thoroughly explained the wines we were tasting and told us all about the vineyard. It was relaxing, friendly and informative and the wine was amazing. The views from this vineyard are outstanding. It was a perfect start to our weekend away. We'll be back next visit for more wine (and Bear).More

Had heard great local revues about Naked Lady so decided we had to try. We weren"t disappointed. We were a party of 6 so decided to have the grazing platter prior to soup. The grazing platter was more than enough for us, extremely generous and...filling. A couple of soups were had but we thought more along the lines of dessert. Again we weren't disappointed. Mostly the Chocolate Almond cake, but a couple of Sticky Date puddings were had. We all loved it. The meal wasn't too filling, just right for a lunch and really tasty. We will definitely be returning.More
