Ordered takeaway to have in the hotel.
Not too bad, nice fresh meat in the dishes. Possibly a little pricey but still quite decent. Service was quick and the lady was polite and friendly.
Restaurant look nice, so it'd be good for eat in too.

We had dinner here with 8 people. Very fast and efficient staff, the food was super quick. My favs were honey chicken and rainbow beef. Open until about 8.30ish week nights. Can charge back to the Mackellar Motel next door. Tasty, quick and easy Chinese dinner.

Ordered large fried rice, sweet and sour pork, beef and black bean sauce for 3 adults. Takeaway was bought back to our motel room by my son. Upon opening it the meals were catered for 1 adult if lucky. Rang restaurant and complained, customer service operator said she would pass on our complaint. I requested a full refund. Upon arrival at restaurant I was greeted by the rudest woman I have ever encountered and even accused me of lying to her. I expected more portions for 3 adults for $52 what I didn't expect was meals for a child and rude aggressive behaviour. I will never frequent this establishment ever again.

The RSL Club was busy so I went to Gunnedah Chinese "Restaurant" across the road. The duck, pork, praw combination was remarkable. I think the duck was alive once. The pork was indigestible, no wait, that's untrue ... it was not able to be chewed, let alone digested. The rice was made a while before, but the three little pieces of Chinese cabbage were in line with expectations. No point posting a photo of duck skin and chewed pork bits. People, like me, wishing to dine, were told they had to leave before 8:00 as they were closing. I needed no encouragement to comply.

Food is tasteless, kids did not enjoy their meal. Though server are trying their very best, yet food is still bland and not worth it for the average.

A hearty welcome on arrival was a great start for a solo traveller. Prompt and helpful service followed by seafood meal was the perfect end to a day’s travel. Thank you. 🙏🏼

Friday night. Very busy with lots of takeaway, and a few tables taken inside.
Service great, fast, friendly and efficient.
We had seafood hotpot, plenty of prawns, scallops, calamari and vrisp fresh veges.
Fried rice went well with the dish.
With entree and spring rolls, the one dish and rice filled us up.
We enjoyed it, and can recommend it.

Stopped in Gunnedah and luckily chose here to eat. Everything from the food ( fantastic), the wine, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the lovely waitress made our visit very enjoyable. Everything we ordered was freshly prepared and you could taste the beautiful flavours with every mouthful.
Will definitely visit here the next time we are in Gunnedah.

I had the curried king prawns, they were great. Good sized meal with plenty of prawns and good value. The lady that served me was very polite and friendly. I would definitely eat there again.

The food menu was easy to follow and the food arrived fairly promptly. We had a good feed and the prices were very reasonable. Staff were excellent

On a country holiday and passed by on Boxing Day . . This place does not disappoint. Fantastic food great service and great value. Number one place for Chinese in gunnedah . Well worth a visit . Maxx
