Enjoyed our lunch here, friendly staff, great array of food, wonderful cakes and pastries. Huge helpings, comfortable chairs.

I can't understand why Wattle Cafe has such a high rating when it's almost directly next door to the best cafe on the mountain. Mediocre food, poor coffee and lack lustre service in boring surrounds. I just couldn't find anything appealing about this place...
Great place to stop for lunch in Blackheath, the menu was great and the food tasty. IT was warm & cosy in the cafe.
On our way to Bathurst from Sydney we stopped for breakfast, the service at this place was horrendously bad, I have never experienced worse attitudes from staff ! If I hadn't ordered food already I would have walked straight outMore

Well a lovely lot of staff again in this lovely town. Nice breakfast and coffee before starting our day. Poached eggs toast and bacon with fried tomato was what I ordered and what I received. Cooked well and plenty of it for a reasonable cost....More
