Lovely home cooked pub food. Very friendly staff. Would recommend. Bratwurst sausages with mustard mash was excellent. Chicken and leak pie has a lovely Somerset cider sauce. Chilli enchiladas.

We visited Porock this weekend and the weather was not the best, but it was made up for by coming to this pub. Friendly staff, friendly local people and good food. We aimed to visit a different place each evening, but this place delivered on...what a pub is, great atmosphere and felt welcome. My wife has a gluten intolerance and the team were really helpful, and nothing was too much trouble, and the food was tasty and great value. Georgie one of the bar team was really helpful, friendly and professional, and deserves a mention for great customer service. If we visit Porlock again we will be back in this pub.More

Visited whilst visiting the area from our home om Ilfracombe. Welcoming staff, loving pub dog Ruby, good choice of drinks and very reasonably priced

Outside is a quaint, traditional looking pub. Inside, you are greeted by a friendly, warm and hospitable environment. The food was fantastic as well. Would highly recommend!

Closed on a Sunday night at 7:30... missed out on a few customers tonight, be know for closing early for a while, about time they changed this view..

Lovely olde worlde pub, great atmosphere, very pleasant young lady behind the bar would definitely return again we had a great night.
