We dined with another couple who are regulars for lunch. Very welcoming staff. Food was very homely and freshly made Fabulous place and would strongly recommend.

We hadn't been to Amelie's for a while and we booked Sunday lunch at the last minute for a small group and managed to get a table, even though the place was very busy. Despite the number of people there including a large group, everything was very efficient and the food was excellent with clean plates all round - even... More

Well, where do I start... me and my girlfriend had a table booked for 8pm at Amelie's Restaurant in Chorley. We was considering a few different restaurant's around the area, but decided upon Amelie's as per the recommendation of a family member. We got there around 8.05pm and as we walked in, was welcomed in a tiny room ram-packed full... More

Our first visit after reading TA reviews, we like to try different restaurants as often as we can and always check on TA. Went for dinner and requested table for two preferably in a corner, this is precisely what we had. Warm welcome on arrival and service throughout was pleasant and efficient. Good menu selection and excellent value especially for... More

Fantastic meal at the princely sum of £14:50 each from a set menu with a great variety of dishes. Excellent service as always. The owner is exceptionally friendly and takes time to chat with everyone. The food and service never disappoints. Can't wait to go back in January!

Another great night at Amelie's! Anna was as attentive as ever nothing is too much trouble and the food was exceptional. The men overendulged by ordering sideorders of chips as the roasted potatoes were plentiful and quite delicious. We all agreed that the chips were the nicest we have ever tasted!.The atmosphere was lovely with ample crackers and the Christmas Menu was... The lady who greeted us on arrival was lovely...but the compliments end there I'm afraid. I'd been meaning to book here for a while as the reviews seemed to indicate an above average dining experience in an area sadly lacking in good quality places to eat. Sadly it was not to be. People have mentioned 'shabby chic' in other reviews... More
