Very laid back with excellent homemade vegan food even if you are not a vegan like me. The service is good as well with pleasant relaxing music in the background. Me and my wife had homemade toasted teacakes with a pot of tea for two last visit, delicious, would have loved a go at their risotto maybe next time?

Limited vegetarian menu but all freshly cooked to order and very reasonable prices. Fresh cooked means may have to wait a bit, but worth it.

A group of six of us went and had a really nice meal. A small menu put everything is clearly home made and they're happy to alter dishes if you ask. The service was really nice and friendly too. Great value too.

I've been visiting this restaurant with friends and family for a number of years. The food is homemade on the premises, and you are able to watch the food being prepared. The meals are always interesting, and great quality. The prices are reasonable, and in addition to offering meals the café is also a place of entertainment on occasional evenings,... More

We called them when looking for vegan food in Burnley and despite the fact that they were closing they kept it open just for us. Dahl and Cassoulet were both lovely too

Gorgeous café with a wood burning stove, polished wooden tables, fresh flowers on the tables and great food. Okay, I've only been twice but I can highly recommend the drop scones - amazing. The food and drinks are inexpensive too - especially in comparison to places in Lancaster, where I now live. Red Bush tea, pot of, £1.00. That's cheap.... More

It coukld be easy to miss this little gem of a cafe , situated as it is in astreet full of fast food takeaways and taxi offices. Find it and you will be well rewarded though. the cafe is run as a co-operative by andy and maggie who do all the cooking themselves. typical dishes are nut-roasts, various casseroles, soups... On recommendation from a friend i thought I'd try this place out on a recent shopping trip in burnley. Lovely quiet location away from the main shops but not too far away to walk. Limited menu but its all homemade, fresh and very flavoursome. My 20month old son who can't have dairy still found something he could happily eat and... More

There are very few local vegetarian cafes around this area and it's a shame that the Red Triangle doesn't capitalise on the growth in the veggie food scene. I visited with a meat-eating friend and had hoped that the food would show him a good alternative but that didn't happen and he left not wanting to try veggie food again.... More
