We were in Whitstable for a day out and went in around 12.30 and nabbed space on a shared table at 2.00. Had a lovely walk on the beach then a delicious lunch. We went for a mix of starters: the mezze plate, crab cake...More

It has all been said before. A wonderful, quirky place with nothing like it elsewhere. The menu is small and favourites do not change but you can also order other small dishes - which I must do next time. Don't forget to take cash and...More

We had skate wing, orange and brown butter, sand carrots cooked in spent coffe granules, pork Kromeski, Kentish kale and picked girolles for lunch. For dessert we had strawberry crumble soufle'. The meal was very good. We enjoyed eating here with friends, the good service...More

Head and shoulders above the rest of the town ( and the town is quite good). Complexity of flavours and the flawless food made this understated Restuarants all the more charming . Go for the beer battered fried oysters and the lobster lasagne. Take a...More

We went with one friend who is vegetarian and they offered to make a special mushroom risotto for her but you would need to arrange this beforehand.
