We always visit the Lemon Tree when we are in Tenterden. Wonderful cakes especially the cherry Bakewell slice!, they also make a good cup of tea!

The food was lovely and prompt service with freindly staff. The only criticism I have was the table felt very sticky.

Popped into this cosy restaurant for afternoon tea and were not disappointed. Service was prompt friendly and efficient. Great selection of cakes, savories and teas and coffee. Lovely old building which takes it above the starkness of some modern coffee and tea shops. Recommended.
