Had a family birthday here. It was quite small but was big enough for a family get together. Old inside and a bit shabby. Toilet ok. Have seen better.

Good food, nice atmosphere. Right on the beach and great log fire. Smashing live music at night Friday and Saturday.

Great little friendly pub in Herne Bay. Always have decent live music on weekends. Staff are fun and friendly and they do a great roast dinner on Sundays

We wanted a quiet lunch and drink with no hassle and noise. Jackpot! A warm and friendly welcome, great food well prepared and served, goo selection of drinks. Plenty of atmosphere, all wood and beams, and loads of fascinating deep sea diving memorabilia on display. We loved it.

It's a nice, local pub with sweet decorations for Christmas. The problem was that we had a half hour wait for food with no explanation. I feel mean saying it, but the gentleman on the bar stool's exposed butt crack in front of us didn't add to the experience. Food was ok though. :)

Fab Sunday lunch! Had Turkey and all the trimmings. Barney the dog was treated to a fresh bowl of water and some biscuits- we'll be back!

We were looking for a dog friendly pub for a meal after walking our dogs on the beach. I got the name from Doggy Friendly and phoned ahead to check. The warm welcome on the phone was echoed when we arrived in person and unlike some pubs whose actions don't match their words, the pub welcomed us and our dogs... More

I visited here with my family for Sunday lunch as it had been recommended, the food was nice and very reasonably priced, it's a nice little pub with mostly locals. There was a scruffy bloke playing the piano who was pretty good to be fair , what wasn't necessary was a couple of his drunk mates shouting and swearing encouragement... More

We were down at Herne Bay for the day and fancied a Pint, so went into the "Divers Arms". Quite a "Locals" Pub, but we were made very welcome when we went in. The service was good and friendly. There was music playing and the Barman was singing along with a couple of Locals. If you fancy a bit of... More

A very average pub with very average choice of beer and standard pub fare on offer but has been selected for some sort of short list (in the Sun?) as a top local.
