We popped in to Cranbrook for a spot of lunch before visiting a garden in Frittenden open with the NGS. I'd never been to Cranbrook befor. A lovely little town with some up market shops....but also a Costa! My husband declared he was not going into Costa as he puts them in the same league as Macdonalds!! Instead we walked... More

Happened to be in Cranbrook this morning with my son who fancied a breakfast and we stumbled upon this place by accident. The ladies were very welcoming and served us delicious food that was as good as I have ever had. Perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients on our breakfast backed up by thick slices of hand cut bread. There was not... More

Spendid lunch time jacket potatoes, friendly staff, attractively well presented food arrived quickly. Good sized jacket potatoes and plenty of salad. Very attractive decor and shall certainly take my friends here in the near future, Jack.

My Fiance and I have visited Food for Thought many times, sometimes just for coffee and cake, sometimes for breakfast and sometimes for lunch. I have lunched with friends and family and each time the food has been excellent. Danny and Jane are always smiling, happy and friendly. Yesterday, I went with my work colleagues for lunch to celebrate my... More

My daughter and I popped in for breakfast today and have been in several times before for lunches too taking other family members with us. The food is always top notch and Danni is always so sweet and thoughtful. I would recommend this beautifully hidden Cafe/Restaurant to anybody.

I've been walking by this lovely little restaurant for almost two years before I had a meal there and I have to say it's a shame I didn't go there sooner! The menu offers variety of sandwiches, jacket potatoes, breakfasts and others and with day specialities there is more that enough to choose from. The staff are very friendly, always... More

The people who work here were lovely and very helpful. Had an delicious tuna sandwich which was well presented. I then had an excellent cream tea. It was the most well presented cream tea I have ever had. The scone was cut in half and gently warmed up. The cream came in a pot along with half strawberries in another.... More
