We had a great roast with all the trimmings. Although initially a bit disappointed that they had run out of roast pork the venison was delicious so smiles all round 😊. A really lovely relaxed atmosphere with happy and helpful staff. Beautiful, quirky interior very different from the norm. We'll definitely be back.

My cycling club reserved a lunch table for twelve. We were initially impressed by the friendly welcome, but very disappointed by the lack of menus, poor service, forgotten orders and general lack of organisation, resulting in a VERY long lunch. We were in for another shock when we paid our bills – very expensive. I couldn’t recommend Bloomsburys and I... More

Excellent seasonal menu (nut roast to die for!). Spacious and relaxed so a perfect place to escape the Christmas rush with a coffee and cake next to the log-burner. I always choose here to catch-up with friends or family too. A hidden gem, full of regulars. Lovely craft shop too.

We almost drove by but the sign caught our eye and we did a u-turn. A good decision. Lovely coffee, iced latte and speciality teas. A nice selection of cakes as well. We only stopped en-route for drinks but it had a lovely art and crafts shop/gallery and they also offer glamping facilities. The kids even asked to stop if... More

Great hidden stop, more than just a restaurant. A bar a camping/ glamping site and a great art studio. The extensive range if teas us worth the stop. Recommend the 'Blue Lady'. Loads of room inside and out.

Just popped in to have a look round and ended up staying for a drink in their fantastic garden area. Both ladies on front desk were very welcoming and gave us a full rundown of what the restaurant had to offer. Had a very relaxing cup of tea, it really felt like we were all on holiday. Next time will... More
