Stayed with friends on the Island and were advised to go to this Cafe for a good meal. Karen and the owner were lovely people and the food was absolutely wonderful, a full breakfast (fried) and you couldn't even taste the fat. We shall go...More

Love Eegons - great food freshly cooked - it is the only place to go for a full English (or more if you can handle it). Well priced and freshly cooked I would always go here for breakfast...

Eegon's is The only greasy spoon type cafe in Cowes and it's good at what it does. the staff were very friendly and helpful but the food was nothing more than average. 3.5/5

Popped in by chance and so glad we did. The breakfast baguettes were lovely and coffee was hot and full of flavour. Friendly staff and a great hidden gem. Would definitely recommend Eegons

Traditional breakfast at its best, with a rightly proud owner and pleasant, cordial staff. I preferred the big breakfast at £7.00, which included orange juice, tea or filtered coffee. Cooked just right. Three visits in a week is good testament.
