Not much on the menu. Opted for a toasted tea cake and a coffee. Unfortunately there was just a scraping of what tasted like cheap margarine, considering the price I don't think real butter is too much to ask for.

Love visiting this coffee house on a Friday market day. I would choose over a chain brand any day. Great coffee nice to read the local paper and watch the world go by

The homemade quiche Lorraine was delicious and the accompanying salads and coleslaw were good. Spacious patio area would be great on a sunny day.

A superb independent cafe with excellent food. Everything is immaculately clean. Nice setting in a very old property. Staff very friendly. Well worth a visit and support a local business.

The food served here is obviously good quality but the introduction of a good artisan bread in place of supermarket quality would lift it to another dimension. The building is old and quirky and our waiter was lovely, it just needs to up its game.
